We've been a customer of NW Adventure since 2014. As always, RV itself is in good condition. Check in staff and the technician are friendly and helpful. Regardless if you are a first timer or an experienced one, they will help you out on hooking it up properly. There are two bad experience for this particular trip, probably our last rental with NW Adventure.1. We cleaned up the trailer thoroughly before leaving the RV park for return. We towed from Seqium so it's not that far. IIRC, there were about four or five bug splatters when we got to NW Adventure in Lynnwood. The manager decided to charge us $109.3 for exterior washing due to these bug splatters. They consider five splatters a LOT. Honestly I don't know what's their definition of "lots of" but five is definitely not a lot in my opinion. Do they really expect renters to do another pass of cleaning when they're closer to Lynnwood? That would be ridiculous. And even cleaning five splatter spots doesn't take an hour and charging $100 for it is unreasonable. We've previous rented and towed several times from Chelan back to Seattle and never got charged any cleaning fee by any companies including NW Adventure. If this is the way they want to do business (profiting by charging unreasonable extras), I guess it would certainly be the last time we will rent from them. I really hope they have the cleaning cost built into the rent and don't give people a false impression of low daily rent but then charging an extra simply because of minimal amount of bug splatters.2. We requested for a 1pm return (2hr extension) one day prior to the return date. I called the fleet manager Jason and he didn't even ask me which RV I had and straightly told me a late return was not possible because he had two quotes for renting the trailer we had the next day. The fact is the trailer was available for the next few days after our return date. And the reality is very rarely people would rent an RV same or next day. In the end, the trailer wasn't rented out after we returned it and it made our morning very stressful in that we had to rush to a super early ferry back.
