This was the worst rental experience ever!!! The owner Gary did not return our emails or phone calls until the day he was supposed to deliver the trailer, so until that day we didn't know whether or not he was going to deliver it. Then he delivered the trailer two hours late so we had to sit at the camp site for 2 hours in our car waiting for him. But that wasn't the worst of it...the trailer was delivered completely dirty and disgusting. The heater vents in the floor were broken making it a hazard for my family and to walk around as my kids could've easily fell inside the vent or get hurt from them. The air vents has brown/orange dirt stuck on them and there was dog hair all over the furniture and beds. The bathroom shower head did not work and we had to use a cup to pour water on ourselves from the bottom faucet. And since the trailer was not well kept the toilet didn't have a seal on it so the smell from the poop shoot filled the air of poop. The trailer smelled like an outhouse the entire time and so bad that we couldn't bare to be inside the trailer. Sadly we couldn't wait for our vacation to be over and it completely ruined our time. After the trip was over we contacted the owner Gary to tell him about the problems and issues we had, he never once apologized and instead made excuses for everything saying that's what camping is. If I wanted to camp like that I would've camped in a tent. Needless to say I would no way on earth recommend this trailer or any trailer the owner rents out.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I don't think I would ever rent from anybody else after this experience. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Gary!

Rented a Milan 24LSBHG from OCRV. Trailer was missing medicine cabinet door, some curtains, had one non-functioning ceiling light, and spare tire hoist was non-functioning. Mr. Gary disclosed these items and provided "extra" spare tire for week-long trip (tire hoist problem was recent discovery). No complaints considering disclosures. Would rent again. Note to rookie renters, this trailer is almost 29 feet long (including tongue); you need a proper vehicle to tow and some experience to tow it. Have fun!

Hi Gary, We tried to contact you multiple times, on the 2nd of Sept by email and phone and left voice mails to give us the registration tags and registration paperwork for the trailer,with no reply from you. Only one set of keys were given to us and returned. The trailer was full of ants that lasted throughout the trip. The trailer floor was very dirty and the cushions were covered with assorted hairs. The blind slates were broken,missing and dirty, at pick-up they were up inside the valance.The microwave was dirty. The shower had hair in it and leaked all over the main floor so we only used it once and showered instead at each camp sites. There was no mirror cover for the medicine cabinet and the two outlets did not work in the vanity area. Upon our return the evening of September 10th, Steve called you a the next morning 9 am Sunday the 11th and also followed with an email to return the trailer( as he mention to you upon pick-up) we never got your answer.Steve decided to delivered the trailer on Monday the 12th of Sept at 10 am with out any contact from you. The ball hitch would not disconnect from the truck and Steve had to purchase $50.00 of tools to unhitch it during the trip .We left the trailer cleaner than we got it and there is no damage. We expect a full security deposit refunded plus a days rental.
