Excellent experience! B1G MAC towed like a dream from OR to TX and back! The pickup went smoothly with excellent explanation of all features. Our Journey RV Rentals was willing to except drop off earlier than scheduled, which was very convenient. Excellent A+ rental experience!

Great RV! Loved it. Perfect for our family for 5 days with no hook ups. The customer service was top notch and went that extra step to accommodate our needs when we flew in. Thank you and look forward to our next adventure with you when we are back in Oregon.

Luna was perfect for our needs. She was clean and very well stocked and ran smoothly our entire trip. We had one misunderstanding about clearing the water tanks but Erin and Tim were both quick to arrive and sort things through for us. Their level of customer support was top notch, answering calls or texts quickly and providing reassuring answers each time. The RV we rented was in great condition. You could tell the owners do all they can to stay on top of it. Erin was very thorough with check in and check out.

I would specify that it sleeps 3 adults and 3 children since the bed on the slide out was a bit short for me and I'm only 5'1". There were only 3 of us and it was absolutely perfect! We rented the RV in July and never found the need to use the AC. The water heated up quickly and the generator fired up quickly. This was important since we didn't have full hook ups at one of our campsites. We were traveling with family members who contributed to camping gear beyond what we had in the RV. The only thing that would've been nice to have in the RV is a small cooler for day trips/outings and a blender. Other than that, Erin and Tim truly know what's needed to make a perfect RV experience happen.

We can’t wait for our next adventure with Our Journey RV. Our experience from booking to pick up was positive. We don’t own a trailer and have never rented one. Our first experience couldn’t have gone better. I appreciated their kind, honest, professional, and enthusiastic communication. The “Scootaloo” was the perfect size for our family of 4. It had everything to make for a relaxing camp set up.

Our Journey RV Rentals is great to tryout a motorhome. We rented “Luna,” and really enjoyed our 10-day trip down to SoCal with all the comforts of home. Erin & Tim were super helpful and responsive, and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent an RV.

This was my first time using outdoorsy and pulling anything from my Jeep. Tim and Erin were great! And helped me through the process. From pickup to drop off everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend them and will probably use them for future rentals. I got to rent Lila. She was the perfect size for me. I also got so many compliments and waves from strangers on how cute she was:)

Great trip. Very easy checkout and checkin process. Owners were always available if any questions came up during rental process. Will definitely pass their name to others. RV was very clean and maintained very well.

My family and I had a great experience with both the RV "Luna" and Tim and Erin. This was my first time renting an RV so my wife and I had lots of questions. Tim was super informative and patient. They have created some great videos on the utilities of the RV which are very helpful. The RV was easy to drive and had everything included such as kitchen stuff and bath towels. We will be renting Luna again in the forward.

Lila was amazing, she was perfect for my granddaughter and I. The pickup / drop off location was easily accessible and Erin and Timothy were great to work with.

This lovely vehicle was a treasure to have while finding all the trails to run. Perfect to camp in AND a most comfortable ride! Timothy and Erin are Amazing! Fast replies, friendly, …. Just super great people. When I come back to the area I will definitely be looking to use one of their splendid vehicles 👍
