Wonderful vacation. We got caught in traffic and they were fine with us picking it up a bit late. Vanagon drove and started great. It handled some very potholely roads no problem. Being able to get out of the campsite quickly and make breakfast at the trailhead made for a great start to our hikes.

We had a great adventure renting Louise. It brought back fond memories to be chugging along in a classic van. Sleeping was easy both in the pop top and main bed. Everything performed great. Thanks so much for making it easy to explore the Tahoe area.

Renting Louise was a great decision! We appreciated having the piece of mind of renting a Vanagon from a Westy mechanic. We knew that David kept Louise well-maintained and we had no issues with her! I highly recommend renting one of his fleet of Vanagons. It was a perfect trip and we're planning to rent from Outwesty again. If you're on the fence, definitely go for it. You won't regret it!

We had the absolute best time ever and high recommend this as a family experience. The van was in perfect condition and ran super smooth our entire trip. David is super friendly and attentive who has a real passion for what he does. We will be back for sure and bring an additional family or 2 with us. Memories for a lifetime thank you David!

Truly amazing experience! We rented the KODA and had an awesome weekend. The vans are designed so perfectly, we had plenty of space, slept comfortably, and really enjoyed the whole westy experience. They have everything you need and don't feel cramped. Driving it is like a dream, makes you smile big! Dave is super nice and knowledgeable. You can tell he really knows these vehicles and takes great care of them. I'd definitely rent again, but I fell in love and actually want to buy one!

Overall, we were happy with the trip...We were really curious about travelling in a van and this was a great way to try it out. Dave on top of communications. There was one mechanical difficulty, but Dave came out as soon as he could to switch vans. Luckily we were fairly close by. Do make sure you have a broom, sponge and paper towels. For our group, three fairly small humans was right. I can't picture how four would fare in the rain unless two were children....Highly recommend Butano State Park. Have fun!

How exciting to get away in one of these , It was our first time to travel in a VW camper , we really liked having the conveniences to store and cook and sleep comfortably almost any where we went. This is a perfect way to camp and to see the beautiful sights here along our beautiful coastline. Don't forget to take your camera .

It was an absolute pleasure renting Georgia from Outwesty! Even before the trip started, David was easy to get a hold of and answered my questions. After getting a rundown of the basics, we were off- the old country music playing on the radio station was the perfect touch :-) Georgia was a fantastic way to travel down the coast. She gave us the flexibility to stop wherever we wanted and the feeling of freedom and leisure. We had ample room for storage (food and the waaaay too many items we brought with us). She is easy to drive, easy to park, and easy to love. It was definitely a sad day bringing her back to the guys at Outwesty, but we know she is in good hands with them. I'm so happy we decided to travel this way- it was the first time, but it won't be the last.

We had the best time in Georgia. She was easy and fun to drive. She was stocked with a set of four camp-ware dishes, tea kettle, sauce pan and fry pan, small broom and Simple Green for clean up. The solar panel was fantastic, I was able to charge everyone’s phone, run the refrigerator, radio and have the lights on, without a loud generator. Georgia always started on the first try.
The best was having my girls and grandkids all wanting to hangout in Georgia even though they had an RV.
It truly was a great experience and will be renting from Outwesty again. The guys were fantastic to deal with.
