We had a great experience renting the RV. Can not say enough how impressed we were with how nice everyone was (even my first phone call just to get info. And ask questions). Kim made sure we knew everything about the RV we rented before we left. Angela was also very kind speaking with her on the phone. We would definitely rent again from here (unless , i talk my husband into we buying one at the RV show😁).

The insured driver check was nonsense. I have 0 points on my license and almost perfect credit. The fact that I was denied with no explanation was bothersome. The staff however was GREAT... as usual (repeat customer)!

The staff in Lorain, OH is outstanding and deserves praise for excellent and personal customer service.

However, whomever made the decision to contract with Forest River should be dismissed. The FR3 that I paid a premium to rent, is in a nutshell, junk. It is so loud on the road that we had to yell to each other to communicate, the sound system was not audible while driving. The front windows opened on their own consistently due to vibration on the road. To make matters worse the cruise control did not work and the ABS brake light came on while driving as well as another dash light that I cannot identify (looked like a "slippery when wet" sign). When parked, the refrigerator and freezer stopped working after the first day. It ruined a lot of food. We attempted to reset as instructed several times to no avail. The heating/cooling units did not work either. Thankfully we were parked behind a house - were we at a campground the whole experience would have been a disaster. When I rented from Neff, these things did not happen. Now that this has become corporate it is obvious that profit outweighs quality and customer satisfaction with the product.

Really blown away by the whole process and the cleanliness of the RV. Thank you so much!! We will be back soon for sure!

Everything was fantastic and we had such a great family trip and experience! Service was great, they answered all our questions (as first time rv'ers we were a little nervous), RV was amazing and overall highly recommend!

The staff was fabulous! The RV was great for our purpose, however it was loud and no radio. I think it should also have navigation and Sirius radio.

The camper was clean (except the used sanitary napkin under the toilet), in very good condition and was what we were looking for in this rental. What we weren't looking for was being rented the wrong hitch for our tow vehicle. They camper starting swaying about 25 mph and was undrivable above 53-54 mph. We had to purchase a correct "drop" hitch at our destination and it provided a sway free tow even at 65 mph for our return trip. The AC filter was so dirty the AC froze up the first night and dropped water on the floor when shut off in the morning. I cleaned the filter and the AC was trouble free the rest of the time.
