Tom was a wonderful guest to work with from start to finish. He clearly took very good care of our unit. We are so happy that his family had a wonderful trip and thankful for his positive can-do attitude, taking care of little things like picking up toilet treatment (which we forgot!) and dealing with things that inevitably come up as you travel. He did not complain about anything, instead took the correct actions to help us out and ensure the safe and clean return of the RV. We really appreciated it & recommend him as a guest any time.

Five stars all around! Both Jon and the Empanada were first class. John engineered the campervan and it worked great for us. We didn't use the water system or heating, but the fans worked great, we had plenty of power for lighting, and the refrigerator kept the beer cold. The van ran great on Interstates and county roads, we covered some miles to Florida and back to Colorado. Jon was a big help, and had some great explanatory videos online. We weren't looking for frills, but a hard-working camping vehicle and that is what we got.
