This was the second time we used your company. The first time was flawless and wonderful, which made this time unreal. The camper that was dropped off didn't have a screen door slider, couldn't be locked from the inside and was extremely difficult to open or close. It was dropped off and presented for my 89 year old mother to use, as we had not arrived to the campground yet. We set her up in a camper because the inn was closed for renovation. She is not used being in a camper so she just listened and accepted the camper as it was. My sisters camper was closer a to my Moms, so we were unaware of the difficulties she was having. She could not open or close the camper by herself, at one point she went to the camper alone and fell trying to open the door. We were then made aware of her difficulties and called to complain that the condition this camper was in should never have been left for any one to use especially an elderly person.
