We rented a trailer for abut 9 days. Here is what we got. The couple renting their several trailers as a business were very friendly. For some reason outdoorsy did not provide the option to add insurance to the rental as we have done many times before. The trailer had a shower door that did not close, had cabinetry that was loose (I taped it back up), had weak batteries so if you boondock th next day they would nearly be dead (the slide wouldnt come in). The second to last day the fridge stopped working causing us to loose all our food.. Upon opening the outdoor vent to the refidge it is obvious why the gas stopped working due to the build up of dirt and debris in the firdge (see pic). The last day of the trip a tire blew while on smooth highway. The trailer had no jack to lift the axle to change the tire (took hours to fix in the dark). The handle used to drain the toilet valve (black water) pulled out of the valve effortlessly (see pic) .... and lastly the carpet had stains. On the plus side the bed was comforable, the floor plan was nice and other than the carpet stains the trailer was fairly clean. The worst pasrt however was them taking my $500 deposit. $200 for tire replacement, $50 for toilet dump valve plunger repair, and $250 pet odor remove fee (we dont have a pet). So beware, if their equipment fails through no fault of your own they will charge you to fix up their trailer. If the roof had leaked they would have charged me or it their suspension of brakes failed etc. It is one thing to make money on the use of a vehicle, but to use peoples deposits to improve their rental fleet is not approriate. They depreciate the value of the trailer for tax purposes, which offsets their income from the rentals... but then charge you to fix it up. Given this last rental (we have rented many through Outdoorsy) it is time to try a different rental platform. Outdoorsy was not here for the renter (plus Outdoorsy makes money for every deposit a host keep so there is a built in incentive for Outdoorsy to side with the trailer owner when they do keep a deposit). Not a good business model for the consumer.

Everything was great! Laura was very attentive even though she was also out of town. The RV is fully functional and such a cute upgrade from the raggedy Cruise America Rv's. The slideout is so nice for extra room.

This is the cutest trailer! It was so comfortable and had so many wonderful touches. I love the shower curtain with all the mesh pouches for toiletries.i loved the stainless steel sink and cute faucet. I love the twin bed instead of a couch- reading on it before my crew woke up was so relaxing. My hub said it was great to tow and loves all the electronic jacks instead of hand cranks. There’s plenty of space for everyone and Rebecca was helpful and wonderful!

Rebekah was easy to work with and very accommodating to my requests.
The trailer was recently updated/remodeled and looked nice, everyone in our group commented on how nice it looked. Everything in the trailer worked as it should and we had no issues at all
I would definitely rent it again.

This is the second time I’ve rented a camping trailer from Outdoorsy but this is the first time I paid for the extras. To have it delivered with water On the first day of our trip, then picked up, cleaned and emptied made our entire trip stress free. The trailer was so well stocked and clean, Rebekah and her husband were so helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to rent.

Both Rebekah and Dennis were incredibly helpful, friendly and available for any questions and concerns we had. They also delivered and picked-up the camper for an additional charge, which was perfect for us. The trailer is spacious, equipped with literally anything you would need and very clean. Highly recommended!
