From the outside the trailer looked its age. The first thing you notice is the outdoor speakers are completely worn out. The steps are missing the grip tape from the leading edge which made them a bit slippery if you weren't careful. The combo door lock worked great and it was nice not to need a key to carry around. When you opened the door the first thing you see is a non-functioning screen door with not latch and the middle of the door completely missing. Not ideal for mosquito country. The dining table is missing the leading trim around the edge which can be very hard on the hands if you run your hands along the edge for any reason. Their is a counter extension shown in the pictures but we could not find it anywhere in the trailer. The right front chair foot rest would not extend and the blinds were missing from the kitchen window which we made do with something to cover it up when necessary. Their is some cosmetic damage inside the trailer but not unusual for a 6 year old trailer. Overall the trailer could use a good solid deep cleaning but it was passable in the condition we were given. The DVD player didn't work either, it just spins your DVD in circles which is common for these players to do. My son has had same issue with his in their trailer.
Now for the best things about this trailer. It has lots of floor space when the bed is up. The dinette has plenty of room at the table and in the seats. The bathroom has plenty of room and the shower at 6' 170 lbs had plenty of room for me. The trailer has plenty of storage space also. The major items in the trailer all worked flawlessly. It was the first outdoorsy vehicle where both the heater and water heater worked without a hitch. The micro, stove, water pump and fridge all worked flawlessly. The generator provided was super easy to use and start and was a miser on fuel. It never needed fuel for the entire 5 days we had the trailer. A gas can was provided and we never needed it. We didnt use the outdoor kitchen of awning so I can't comment on those items. Although we did turn on the outdoor fridge in case we opted to move our drinks from our ice chest to our the fridge since the campground was having a bear issue while we were there. Their was dish soap in the trailer but no sponge dish cloth or dish towel. We brought our own toaster since one isn't provided.
All in all a good experience. Just needs a little TLC and a solid deep cleaning and firm up the communications and this trailer is easily a 4 or maybe in the 5 star range.
