Alex was a great host and super easy to work with. The RV itself was great, and everything worked perfectly. I wish there was some bedding included and a few more utensils in the kitchen, but due to COVID concerns, I understand the limitations. Would absolutely recommend this RV to anyone, and would love to rent again.

The rv has issues direct tv didn’t work generator stop working and I lost over 200 dollars in food the refrigerator stop working this is the second time in a row I had problems with the rv I rented from you guys

The RV is awesome and Alex is easy to work with. If you are looking for a great RV experience then Alex and his FR3 are all you need to know! Bottom-line, I will rent again from Alex.

This was our first experience renting an rv through a website like Outdoorsy and was a little nervous about the logistics and "what ifs." Alex could not have made it any easier for us! He explained the whole renting process in great detail. When I arrived to pick up the rig, Alex was very thorough and walked me through all the systems.
Once we were on the road, any questions or concerns I encountered were answered within minutes. It was very easy to communicate with him during our trip. The upgrades Alex made to the rv made it easy to drive and it never let us down. We put approximately 3,000 miles on his rv traveling up the west coast and had a wonderful time. I would recommend renting from Alex to anyone that is looking to travel in a newer rv and wants all the amenities that make glamping a real treat for the whole family! Thanks for the memories Alex!
