First off, the Host Jim, was great. He was great at explaining things, great at communicating and most importantly, was available to answer any questions ( and there were!!!) throughout the trip.

Our experience was great! Jim was very communicative, patient and thorough walking us newbies through the RV experience. The Thor Freedom Elite was clean, stocked with many kitchen comforts and cleaning supplies. Jim was happy to help with offering additional items to enhance our trip as we were from out of town. The size was ideal to explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Our family of 4 especially enjoyed the RV amenities and the ability to expand our living quarters with the full slide out.
