Our experience with Travis and his mother Joy was a blessing. Travis was out of the country when we rented his van. So Joy, his mother took care of the pickup and delivery. She was terrific. Even though Travis was on vacation, he checked up on us to make sure everything was going well.

The surf hippo was an absolute gem. My wife and I took a trip to the coast and lived it up. Everything inside the van was top notch and carefully thought about it. Renting from Travis and his family was a breeze. I highly recommend the surf hippo.
