A quick synopsis: I am a military veteran with over 10 years of service and was in the state of Georgia visiting family and friends early this summer. I’ve always enjoyed primitive camping but this time I wanted to experience the travel trailer/RV camping experience. I came across United RV Rentals after some research and compared the prices and quality for the rentals realizing they were the best in my radius (little over 50 miles). From the beginning I spoke to Ron, one of their representatives whom took care of my camping needs. The weather during the time of rental was not so great but Ron was able to suggest alternate camping destinations and activities. The facility was great, I didn’t spend too much time reviewing the agreement. The travel trailer was in pristine conditions with EVERYTHING included (I only needed to bring some sheets, a pillow, and food) as utensils to toiletries were provided. Traveling with the trailer was smooth as the tires and hook up gear were in excellent conditions and Ron explained the ins- and -outs of how to hook up and operate this trailer, providing me with emergency contact information as well. On my return, I came in a little later than expected due to extremely poor weather and Ron was able to come in after hours to receive the trailer (easy to coordinate and very understanding). There was really no negative feedback for my camping experience and United RV Rentals. I give them 10 out of 5 Stars for outstanding customer service!
