The camper was small but okay for 2 people. The bed was quite uncomfortable even though we used both "mattresses" on one bed. The bathroom was not useable after 1-1/2 days. Two showers overfilled the grey water tank and black water tank showed full after 1 day. I don't know if the tanks were empty when we got the trailer but when we emptied the grey water, there was far less than than the 94 liters that the tank was supposed to hold. I don't know why they have a bathroom if it can't be used 6 of the 7 days we had the trailer. I would have appreciated being warned that this would happen. I would not have rented if I had known.

We opted for the delivery since I was camping solo with my kids. I now know the time on our booking is the time they leave their house which means it was an hour late to our campsite and an hour early for pick up. The trailer was cleaned and worked well but had a missing handle on the screen door (bugs got in when used) and the toilet leaked the whole time. The day after we were charged $150 from our deposit. Our charge was for not deep cleaning the entire trailer, and for leaving their tent up. The trailer was tidy which I assumed was what it needed but apparently it is not cleaned between renters (gross) and therefore up to the renter to thoroughly clean and wash all surfaces. All that was left was a broom and dish soap for this deep cleaning between renters by the way. I was also charged for a burnt pot which was never my doing. In explaining my concerns with the rental and how I would have never complained about the leaking toilet and missing handle, and I wasn’t the person to burn the pot, they continued to take from my deposit. I am not petty at all and therefore never took pictures. If you choose to rent with them, please take thorough pictures of everything before and after so you can protect yourself since they take whatever they can from your deposit.

Veronica was amazing in accommodating our last minute rental request. The unit was impeccable when received in terms of cleanliness and was very well stocked with accessories ... everything you will need for your trip. The RV was in tip top shape. Great service, great unit, great rental.

We really enjoyed our first camping trip and the Grand Mars RV was great! It was stocked with the simple essentials needed, plenty of space in the fridge, and having the fold out chairs for the fire pit was very handy! Thank you Veronica :)

What an excellent trailer- there was some prior damage to the trailer -repaired holes- water staining on awnings where it looks like it was put away wet.

The trailer worked out great! Communication with Veronica was easy and she was always responsive. The trailer had everything you would need. Appreciated the drop off and pick up of the trailer since we didn’t live in the area.

Trailer accommodated my family of 4 very well and helped us enjoy our camping experience. The trailer was set up with everything we needed along with good communication from Veronica. Additionally Veronica showed me how to use the trailer properly and helped me get the trailer hooked up and on the road.
