We had a nice trip to the Carolina Horse Park. We paid extra to have the camper dropped off and taken away and that was definitely worth it. Thomas responded to my messages and I appreciate that. The camper was clean and well equipped. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was how miserable the temperature in the RV was. During the day, it was 86-88 degrees in the camper and we ended up sitting in the car for our toddler to nap in AC. During the night, it was 62 and we froze. I don't think the thermostat/AC was working well as it never stayed even close to what we set it to. Baring the temperature issues, it was a clean place to sleep and I did like how the bunk house and main bedroom were set apart from the main living space.

Very sorry about the inconvenience with the AC. We confirmed this weekend that it had a hard time keeping up with the 100 degree temperatures. Had similar conditions at the beach with no shade. The thermostat did seem to work during the night though. We set it to 70 on auto, and it shut off once it got to temp. After bringing it home, I did clean the coils on the condenser. Noticeable improvement.

My family and I rented Thomas’s RV for a 2 night stay. The entire experience was wonderful. The RV is spacious, very clean and practically brand new. Thomas was very quick to respond and kept in constant touch from the time of booking. Everything was as described. I recommend paying a little extra to have Thomas set everything up if this is an option for you. We literally just unlocked(keyless entry) the door and started camping. A 5 star experience for sure and already planning our next trip!

Thomas is so pleasant to work with; stayed in communication from the day the reservation was made all the way thru to end of reservation. Quickly set up the camper in 20 minutes and walked us thru how to use everything. The camper itself is spacious and accommodating. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay due to the ease of working with Thomas and the comfort of the camper. Will definitely book with Thomas again.

Amazing experience! We rented this rv for a cow sorting show in Bladenboro-there was five of us that enjoyed this amazing trailer! Before our trip-Thomas was great with communication my many questions regarding the camper, delivery, hookups, etc. the camper was clean, all items labeled, and came with everything we needed and more! He was thorough when we met to go over the trailer-and answered all my questions. Will definitely use his services again!

This review is for boondocking/dry camping. Overall, the RV was beautiful, clean, and equipped nicely. Thomas delivered, leveled, and took us through a detailed walk through. If renting for full hookups, this would be a great camper. For boondocking, see below:
My issues were with the battery capacity. We were running a generator for 8+ hours each day until quiet hours at 10:00 pm to charge up the battery. The batteries would die by 4 AM every day leaving us freezing (temps were 30F at night). The only electric draw was the 12 volt refrigerator and the fan to operate the furnace. My brother in law was running the same set up next door, and his batteries were over 60% capacity in the morning, while these batteries were dead. He was also running his generator for less than half the time I did.
In addition, there was a small leak from the toilet on to the bathroom floor. We kept a small towel at the base of the toilet to keep us from stepping in it in the morning. Not great.
If not for these issues, the camper would have been perfect.

Wow, this is certainly disappointing. Appreciate the comments on the appearance and upkeep of the RV. That’s consistent with ALL my other customers. As far as the boondocking; let me clarify this renter’s lack of knowledge on how this particular camper operates. To be clear, my RV has never run under the conditions this renter put it through; expecting to run everything for more than 8 hours on batteries alone. I’m not an electrical engineer, but I am an engineer, and I can do math. Assuming ONLY the refrigerator, furnace, thermostat, and CO2 monitor were the utilities pulling an amperage draw, that would total to 20 Amps [from owner manuals]. However, if the water heater, fresh water pump, HDTV antenna and/or any lights which can also run off the batteries were not turned off, you could assume an additional draw. The RV’s 2 standard Deep Cycle marine/RV batteries average 22 Amps for 140min and 150min respectively. Therefore, the capacity between both batteries is 22 Amps for 4.8 hours. Based on the minimal demand, power would last approximately 5 hours. That’s why the heat didn’t run the expected 8 hours. Not to mention this usage is horrible for the lifecycle of the battery. Today I had the 1yr old batteries professionally charged and tested. Both returned a perfect rating. Just as I thought… Moreover, in my experience, two 20lb LP tanks last roughly 4 days in 30 deg temps. When I picked up the RV, both tanks were empty, so I question how long the furnace ran with no gas? Regrettably, I waived the Propane Fee. So now let’s address the toilet. What the Renter failed to state, is that he reached out on day 2 to tell me the black tank was full, claimed I didn’t flush it properly, and expected me to drive over an hour to unclog the toilet. He also failed to mention that they allowed the water to back up all the way past the flush valve. After I coaching him on how to use the ‘flush wand’, he was able unclog his pyramid and blamed it on poor design. As well as leaving me with a dirty wand. I’m convinced that operator error caused the leak. Today, I also pulled the toilet from the flange, and everything checked out. As well as testing the water flow which resulted in no sign of a leak.

Luxury and comfort are the first words that come to mind after our stay at Thomas’ RV trailer. All the beds were super-comfy, and the amenities were very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed the TV and multiple usb outlets for phone/laptop charging. We stayed in the middle of an unusual cold snap, but the electric fireplace as well as the quiet propane heater kept us cozy warm. The fresh water was exactly that, with no “canned” taste, also instant hot when it was needed. Thomas made our first RV experience very pleasant. Will definitely ask to rent again for future dog shows in the area. Five stars!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in this beautiful trailer that was delivered to us for our weekend of horse showing! We stayed right on the show grounds which made our weekend so much more fun! Open, modern floor plan with all of the amenities! We really enjoyed the faux fireplace that heated up the trailer. . .so we were cozy after spending the day in the rain at the show!! We loved it so much that we are booking dates for more shows later this year! Highly recommended!

Super clean. Everything you can think of for camping was supplied. Thomas set up the camper prior to getting there. Easy check in and out. Beds were very comfy.

My family and I had an amazing spring break trip at Jordan Lake. We rented Thomas' RV last minute and he was awesome to work with. He worked around our schedule and delivered the RV in the evening and had everything set up and ready to go when we got there. The RV itself was perfect for our family. Really clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk bed room and really enjoyed the outdoor griddle. At the end of the trip Thomas came and picked it up right on time and after a quick walk through we were heading home. Thomas took care of pumping all the waste and water. It is worth paying the extra money for set up and tear down IMO. My kids said it was top 3 vacations of their lifetime! We will definitely be RV'ing again and Thomas will be our RV of choice. Thanks!

We had an amazing time in our rental. Tom was so super awesome. He kept in touch before our trip and when we arrived eveything was perfect. The trailer was super clean and there was even a bathroom care package with lotion and feminine supplies, toothpaste small things that may have been forgotten. He explained how eveything worked and told us to call with any questions. He really made our vacation so much more enjoyable by not having to worry about our amenities. We would rent from him again 100%. Thanks Tom!
