Master bedroom has a king size pillow top, spare room has a full size hide a bed couch, living room has a hide a bed couch, kitchen table folds down to a bed as well as a hall way full size bunk. All beddings, towels, coffee pot, some cookware and kitchen utensils are included as well as a black stone flat top griddle, wood pellet smoker, zero gravity lawn chairs, cornhole boards and folding tables for outdoor eating.
