The Great Outdoors

It’s time to check out the gorgeous Lake Eufaula, so pack your RV rental full of snacks and hiking boots and drive to Old Creek Town Recreation Area. Here you can walk on nature trails and find some true serenity and peace for a while, or perhaps that’s what fishing at the pier is for, in which case, go ahead and do that instead. You can also play both softball and baseball, head to the beach, or check out the Playground of Dreams before having a long, quiet picnic in one of the areas or pavilions. And, of course, you can bring your boat.If you want even more of that peace and quiet or if you’re passionate about the local flora and fauna, then off to Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge you go. Find a spot to park your motorhome rental and go for a long hike through riparian marshes, native prairies, beautiful woodlands, and seasonal wetlands while keeping an eye or two open for a wood duck, a great blue heron, or even an osprey. You might also spot a coyote, white-tailed deer, or even an alligator. It doesn’t get any wilder than that.Get into your Eufaula camper rental and head east to Providence Canyon State Park, also known as Georgia’s Little Grand Canyon. And that’s exactly what it is: a miniature version of the original one where you can hike, hike, and hike and always be surrounded with the most outstanding of vistas. Watch the leaves change color and admire the hue of the canyon itself when sitting down for a picnic. You could also learn some geology or even go climbing.

Exploring the Area

That might just be the ultimate way to get to know a place. If you want to know even more about life in Alabama, you can take a southern cooking class and impress friends and family back home with new, delicious dishes. Questions about RVs?

Q.

What type of RV should I choose?

A.

Start by determining how many people are planning to travel with you. Going on a solo-journey? Choose a camper van or a teardrop trailer. Bringing the whole family along for the ride? Consider a spacious Class A or five-wheel.

You’ll also want to consider amenities. For example, if you’re planning to cook on the road, you’ll want a kitchenette. If your campground doesn’t have public restrooms, you’ll want to search RVs with bathrooms. Check out full descriptions of our models to help you decide here.

Q.

Do the RVs have bathrooms?

A.

Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom. Nervous about renting an RV with a bathroom? Owners can help show you how to clean the tank or will offer to do it for you for a fee.

Q.

How does check-in work?

A.

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
