My Leisure Travel Van fits in a standard parking spot making it very versatile as you can take it anywhere! It only has 27k miles on it as of September 2019. When I drive it down the Pacific Coast Highway I'm able to stop and park it just about anywhere, places where other RV's just won't fit. Even though it's small it has everything you need. Toilet, Sink and Alley shower (as well as an outdoor shower), Awning, 2 Burner Stove, Microwave, 3 way Fridge and Freezer (great for boon docking), Furnace, Air Conditioner, Generator, Fantastic Fan (roof fan), Coffee Maker, TV with Antenna and Chromecast so you can stream Netflix, YouTube etc. Van is stocked with Large cook pot, frying pan, cooking knives, measuring cup, measuring scoops, dish drying rack, bottle opener, can opener, several ladles and serving spoons, spatula, tongs, hand soap, dish soap, sponge. I stock paper plates and bowls and plastic silverware. Although I prefer to use re-usable plate ware, this means I don't have to remove everything from the van, take it home, wash and dry it then return it. I also include a Dometic power cooler which can run on 110 or 12v. This is great for keeping drinks and food cold while driving or while you wait for the main fridge/freezer to cool down. Your welcome to park your vehicle in my storage spot while your away (gated and secure, 4 mins from Oakland Airport). The RV will sleep 4, the rear sleeps two on a full bed and the front 4 seats turn into two single beds. The front two beds are made by reclining the rear seats and rotating the front seats 90 degrees. They are great for kids, an adult can use them but I wouldn't recommend them for anyone taller than 6ft.
