Silver Sleuther is a nearly-new 2019 Winnebago Era 70X on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. Here is upscale touring at its finest. Cruise down the road in a 100% stock modern Winnie/Benzo with all the available upgrades and creature comforts! Whether pulling up to the campsite or the Ritz, you'll arrive in style.
The greatest thing about this RV is that it is easy to drive and park. Yes, it is nearly 25 feet long. But, if you are comfortable handling larger vehicles like SUVs, you'll catch on to maneuvering this. Add all the Mercedes safety gear - panoramic backup camera, active brake assist, blind-spot monitoring, collision-avoidance system - you'll be good!
This is a family camper. Four captain's chairs swivel around to face a central table. Seven seatbelts. Queen-sized 70" x 77" fold-down bed. HDTV in the back will keep the kids busy for hours.
Full kitchen with combo microwave/convection oven, three burners, fridge (that actually stays cold!), sink, Corian countertop. Outside, a power awning, LED lighting, and exterior speakers make it easy to relax. Two solar panels on the roof and propane-run generator allow for extended camping just about anywhere.
We are comfortable with two adults plus a small kid in the back bed, with another big kid sleeping on the floor up front on a mat. I wouldn't do +3 big kids sleeping inside every night on a long trip. If you are camping every night, though, with a few folks outside in a tent, it will work for a larger family.
This is the 4x4 model, which I can tell you gives a lot of flexibility when you are on the back hills, and things get sticky. Just flip it into 4x4 Hi/Lo, and be on your way. For normal road cruising, use 2x4 for more power and to save gas. We get up to 16 mpg highway on this rig.

Sorry, but due to COVID-19, we are currently delivering this camper without any included accessories. It will come fully fueled (diesel and propane), interior cleaned, exterior washed, batteries charged, fresh water-filled, and with dump tanks empty. We ask that you bring all personal accessories, such as bedding, kitchenware, toiletries, playing cards, camping equipment, etc.
We expect that you will return the RV full of diesel and clean on the inside. We will take care of everything else, including sanitizing for the next user. We do not charge cleaning fees.
Airport pickup from Oakland International Airport is available upon request. Delivery and pickup within a 120-mile radius also available upon request.
We've taken this to luxury RV parks in SoCal (Newport Dunes is a favorite). Taken it over to Arizona for Grand Canyon, Sedona, Monument Valley, and then up to Glen Canyon. Maneuvering this rig across Hoover Dam was epic!
Another trip was up through Yellowstone and into Western Canada, and back through Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland. Mostly campsites with the three kids.
Other things to note
Pets welcome! Please just keep it to one pet per trip, though. And pls keep in mind that if Fido chews through the Ultraleather, that's gonna be hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars to fix. Just letting you know.
Festivals and sporting events welcome. No burning man.
