Explore the outdoors in-style and comfort with this new fully stocked 2019 27’ Bunk House with Outside Kitchen and Super Slide travel trailer. We provide the essentials, plus fun extras so you can fully enjoy your vacation.Dry weight coming in at 6,100 lbs. you can easily pull this trailer with a truck or full-size SUV. As an added safety feature, this trailer always comes with a weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bar. Also included is a wireless backup camera.****Requirements: Your tow vehicle must be able to tow at least 7,500 lbs., Must have some sort of trailer braking system on your vehicle and have a round 7 pin connector. If these requirements are not met, then you will not be permitted to take possession of the trailer and you will forfeit any money paid according to the cancellation policy you agreed to when signing the agreement.Notes:
Check-in/Pick-up: 4:30pm
Return/Dropoff: 4:30-6pm
(A $30 early pick and/or late drop-off fee will apply if not picked up or dropped off at the time of agreement)Required Prep/Return maintenance Fee $55- Includes entire sanitation of unit, restocking of bathroom supplies, restocking of kitchen supplies,septic tabs, and linen/towel washing.Optional fees: $100 extra cleaning fee (if needed). If black and grey tanks are not emptied there will be a separate $60 fee.***Please NO pets. No smoking, No vaping. No Burning Man.
What's includedFully stocked kitchen supplies for ~5 people- Dishes, silverware sets, utensils, spices, pot & pans, kettle pot, coffee, tea, mugs, and cups.
Linens- Bath towels, blankets, pillows, bed linens for queen-sized bed, (sleeping bags are available on request for the bunks, table bed, and jack sofa.)
Bathroom & misc supplies- toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and cleaning supplies

Fresh water hoses and sewer hoses included

This was a great experience. Kyle was willing to work with our travel needs and was patient and helpful as we navigated our first Outdoorsy rental. The trailer was clean and well kept. It was a pleasure renting with Kyle and we would do so again.

Kyle was amazing. This was our first experience in renting an RV which we were using as overflow housing for a family gathering. Kyle delivered the trailer and got it all setup for us including hooking it up to water and electricity. The trailer was clean and well equipped--perfectly suited for our needs.

Kyle was awesome to work with and very accomodating. The anti-sway hitch he provided was amazing and we pulled the trailer with our 2015 F-150 Eco-boost with ease. The trailer was in great shape worked great. If we need a trailer again, these guys will be my first call.
