Trailer was delivered and setup. Owners were kind enough to work with us in delivery time. Kitchen was nicely stocked in addition to clean linens and towels. However trailer was not level. Also, the shower, microwave, bunk beds, and some high touch surface areas were not clean upon arrival. Also, the trailer had a slow leak in the bathroom faucet and due to that when we arrived to the trailer, the grey tank was already 2/3 full. Owner did not offer to come out and fix it or dump the tank. So we had to shut off the water which made doing things like going to the bathroom and washing hands very difficult. We were basically dry camping at that point. Everything else worked well but overall not what I expected for what we paid.

An absolutely fantastic experience from top to bottom! John delivered the RV early and set it up perfectly for us, showing us all the easy to use accessories. We were immediately blown away, this is a gorgeous rig, it's new, spacious, modern and highly functional. Our teenage nephews both 6'5" slept comfortably in the large beds and the RV was a smashing hit with them the entire weekend, they even played video games on the big flat screen TV! I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of the this trailer! Furthermore the customer service, RV expertise and knowledge of the Owner's (John and Rebecca) is first class, they're running a top notch operation! If you're looking to rent an incredible Trailer and have an amazing experience, look NO further!
