Tom was great to work with. You can tell he cares about providing a stellar experience. We had one issue with the battery for the RV, which we didn't tell him about until we got back. He asked for all the details and proceeded to repair it so the next renter will have the issue resolved.

Family of 7 "did" Alaska in an RV and it was awesome. We did have a couple minor issues with RV, i.e. flat tire, but Tom was on it and had service sent to our camp site for quick repair and was very responsive to any questions we had while on the road.
