2009 Subaru Forester Tent Top
The SUV has good storage available behind the back seat. The rear seats fold down for additional storage if needed. Rentals require a 3 day minimum. Discounts are offered for extended rentals.The storage area includes two camp chairs, folding table, storage bin with cutlery set, two burner propane stove, and a two step ladder to help set up the tent top, and a cooler.Year: 2009 Automatic transmission, 2.5L 4 cylinder, All wheel drive, ABS, dual Supplemental Restraint System (Dual Air Bags), power windows, power door locks, air conditioning, cruise control and more. This is a maroon Subaru Forester, but the photos have not yet been updated from a silver Subaru Legacy. Tent set up and configuration is identical and we plan to update photos this spring.

If you want Alaska Family Motorhomes to clean the inside, wash the outside, fill the fresh water, and empty the black/gray holding tanks please select this option. However, this option does NOT cover gasoline or propane. You MUST return the RV with full tank of gas and topped off propane.

The trip overall was great. We were supplied with everything we could possibly need to camp. The tent was also very comfortable. The only downside is that you cannot drive the car more than 45-50mph without a high-pitched, loud whistling coming from the tent structure. Made driving highways more difficult.

I have nothing but words of thanks to this company, its owner Tom did an outstanding job never seen before in my more than 20 years traveling around the world, I know I should be already an experienced traveler and plan everything but no, i like to travel and do what I have to do on the go and not planning anything. Anyways after arriving to anchorage we found that there was a very large convention and everything was fully booked, not even Airbnb, booking or whatever app was available could find us anything to stay, not even a rental car. So we contact Tom the owner of www.alaskafamilymotorhomes.net through Oudoorsy and solved everything right away, he had motorhomes available but we rented a Subaru with a rooftop tent and fully equiped, camping stove, pots, cutlery etc. I like adventure and I have to say, this was awesome. After 7 days around Alaska we were back in Anchorage to return the Subaru and we were short of time to take our plane, so Tom told me to leave the car like that, no need to clean at no extra charge, otherwise we could miss the flight, he was more concerned than us about that. So my rating is the maximum I can give to www.alaskafamilymotorhomes.net Thanks Tom !!!!
