The systems all worked fine but the upper bunk was wet and we had to buy a plastic sheet to cover it. The table is obviously a retrofit and did not fit the table bed. We had to prop it up with an ice chest. It was marketed to sleep 6 but only came equipped for 4 and when we paid extra for a 5th person we only received one sheet, one pillow with case and one blanket. I specifically asked about a coffee pot and was assured it was included and it was not. I would NOT recommend this company

Overall the unit was functional, everything worked. However it was not well equipped ie. no coffee pot, no coffee cups and nothing that you could safely put in the microware oven and no 15 amp adapter. Ali and his staff were very accommodating polite and service orientated. We do have one complaint, when I called on Monday August 2 about 9 am to see when we could pick up our motorhome I was told that it would not be ready until 3 pm that afternoon, which is totally unacceptable as we would have wasted a day doing nothing.
After making a phone call to Outdoorsy we were able to resolve this issue and left the lot by 10:30.
We had a very enjoyable time in Alaska.
We would recommend renting a Motorhome to our friends and will do it again.

Loved having the opportunity to explore in comfort. Thank you for the use of your rig. The systems worked well for us, with the exception of the clog in the gray water drainage, caused by a former renter.

Overall we had a positive experience with this RV! The RV was easy to drive because of the size and powerful engine. It wasn't difficult at all to get the RV up to the speed limit. The suspension was nice when going over those pesky frost heaves that are a hallmark of AK roads. The RV felt the right size for the two of us.The electricity situation was a bit confusing. It seemed like the batteries did not charge from the generator. It also seemed like plugging it into electricity didn't charge the batteries. So the lights, fridge, and microwave would go out if the batteries ran out. Letting the engine run for 30 minutes or so seemed to do the trick to make sure the fridge and lights worked overnight. Using the microwave depleted the batteries within a few minutes. Plugging in or starting the generator really only seemed to help the slide out function and the water pump. Maybe this is the way it's supposed to be, but we didn't get enough instruction at the beginning to understand if this was the case.

Excellent experience Renting this Forester from Ali. Good communication before, during and after the trip. I was even able to extend the trip, so very pleasant and flexible. Everything was as promised!
