We want to thank you for a fantastic trip and all your help. If there are not mishaps while we are vacation, then it won't be a memorable one, LOL. Had issues with converting the 30amp to a 20amp and then the RV batteries had to be replaced due a fuse shortage. But your staff came to the rescue to get us up and running. The RV was the perfect size for us and everyone was so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Abe, Ali, Mustafa and Jim for going the extra to talk us through the issue, answers all the questions, and even personally came out to help. I hope one day that we can make a trip to camp in Alaska again and we will definitely call on you to rent the RV! Thanks again!

The water pump often ran continuously. We had to turn it off and on whenever we needed water. The toilet valve didn't work properly. We had to pump it a bunch of times to be sure it was stopped. A couple times it filled up and overflowed. This happened when we didn't shutdown pump with switch. Not pleasant.

Was very leery of renting from someone from a app and so far away for our first trip and experience with an RV to Alaska. I worked as a part time over the road truck driver for a few years and know how easy it is for people to get scammed.
Well not here. First the folks at Outdoorsy are on top of their game. Almost instant response for every little question or concern.
Picking up our RV we were greeted with a very big smile and hello. Shahid was awesome , no stress here. Before arriving he gave me his cell number instructing me to text or call for any little problem or question. Told me too call road assistance immediately for break downs. Went thru the complete operation of everything and every little detail. RV was clean and was loved by my 2 grandsons who informed me we are doing it again next year. Alaska is beyond your imagination and it was really a great trip knowing we had a very reliable vehicle to travel into the Alaskan wilderness. I highly suggest you check them out.
FYI, the rest of our party rented cars. Boy were they jealous of us.

We were very satisfied with our RV and the service that was provided by Ali and Mustafa. Mustafa was extremely helpful and friendly when we picked up and returned the vehicle. The vehicle ran very well and was dependable and comfortable. We were very impressed with how spotlessly clean the RV was when we picked it up. Our only advice for future renters would be to be sure you understand how everything works before departing including generator, external electricity, water infill tank and connection to "city" water (be sure hose is provided), microwave (generator on or external electric hookup), how to fix a flat (be sure there is a jack and spare tire!), and internal room heater. Clean/new linen/quilts/towels and cooking utensils/pans were provided. Overall, we were very pleased with our RV experience.

Ali was super easy to work with. Professional at every step of the way. I highly recommend using any one of the motorhome Ali has for rent.
