I would recommend this company. This was a positive experience for us. We rented an older, less expensive coach, but everything on it worked. It was clean and comfortable. The customer service team is very good and responsive. I will rent from Alaska RV again.

I feel the overall experience with Mustafa was that he was responsive and helpful. I did have some concerns though that I feel are worth mentioning. Maybe just a lot of small issues but here they are. When I picked up the RV I was shown how to dis-connect the power cord and instructed how to hook it up to an alternative power source. I had a problem re-inserting the plug and Mustafa did it for me. when I did need to use the alternative power source from a RV campsite, I noticed the reason which was the round prong on the cord was bent. Could break off in future if not replaced future. Also the adaptor connection could have been shown and explained. The displays for monitoring the amount of gray and Black water was not functioning properly which made it hard to understand how to plan for its removal. The concept of waiting until it backed up was not ideal. The shower curtain is not contained within the shower and getting water on the floor in inevitable. Door knob on bathroom door needs adjustment, very hard to open. With there being 20 plus hours of sunlight it would be a better experience if you could better darken the sleeping areas The front and back sleeping areas have a ceiling vent that let in a lot of light. Curtain over the sink was missing. At some sites we stayed at it would have been nice to use the awning but it was damaged and inoperable. The broom is broken and swivels ...does not lock into position. The biggest issues was that we had no hot water until Thursday evening (8pm). We picked up the RV on Monday and reported the issue on Tuesday. The sink drained leaked and I hand tightened as best I could that seem to help with the leak. Seems as if this was the first time this camper was used this season and a panel under the sink that needed to be removed with screw gun did not have a switch turned on to let the hot water in the tank pass through to the sink and shower. Maybe initial setup needs to be more thorough.

Awesome experience, from the moment I picked up the RV to the moment I dropped it off. The RV was easy to drive and operate and was stocked perfectly with kitchen items and bedding.

RV was perfect - clean, drove well and comfortable. The staff and crew at Alaska RV Rentals were amazing and went above and beyond. Messaging through Outdoorsy generally went unanswered but text and phone communications with Mufasa was good. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!
