Joel was top notch. He picked us up at the airport and provided drop off service as well, gave us a thorough overview of the RV and how to operate it, and responded quickly to any questions we had while traveling. The RV was as described, operated well, and met our needs exactly. We would rent from Joel again!

Joel's RV was super comfortable for us. We were a family of five with my elderly parents and a child visiting Alaska for the first time. Everything worked well. Joel had given a super detailed onboarding session. He was right on time and gave us all the details of the RV.

We had the best week in Alaska! We went from Anchorage and explored the woods of Denali and then went to Seward to explore the water life! The motor home had everything we needed and Joel was very communicative and prompt with responding. This was a bucket list travel destination and the motor home and Joel made it all possible :)

Joel remedied a small problem with the RV that cost us almost no time from our trip. Everything was as advertised. Joel was extremely helpful and very personable.

This is not brand-new RV, but Joel feedback was very fast and he cares about the customer.
If i choose again, I will choose Joel RV again because no hide fee and unlimit mile and generator.

Joel was great to work with and super flexible with our arrival and departure plans. In fact, he even helped unload our luggage at the airport after driving us there. Enjoyed the week in Alaska and would definitely recommend Joel and his Minnie Winnie RV if you’re looking for a simple, comfortable, clean RV to see the surrounding beauty of Alaska from front row.
