super clean RV and pick up / drop off was very easy. They go over everything and were prompt at answering my millions of questions leading up to our rental. Shelley and Steve were great to work with and looking forward to our next trip in one of their RVs.

Great RV for a long weekend with a family of five and a pooch. Steve and Shelley were very thorough in explaining the operation of the systems and offered a very professional experience.

Wow! I found a rental RV right here in Antioch. I looked all over the bay and Sac area's and finally found Tiki RV right here in my own back yard! The 31' Leprechaun was very nice and well equipped and READY TO GO!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful taking time to answer any questions. They left me with reference sheets for refueling upon return of unit, making it easy to get it cleaned out and returned by noon. All around great experience. I was immediately on Sunday released my security deposit. :)

Overall, it was a good experience. Steve and Shelley were great. However, our checkout time can be reduced to get us out of the place sooner (took 2 hours to get out of their place). The RV was in great condition and well maintained. We had some minor issues like inaccurate tank gauges and some loose items that made sounds while driving. Besides that, it was great. The return process was painful as we had to take care of tanks, gas and propane, which added up another 1-2 hours. I wish they had onsite facilities to make customer experience smoother. Having a shared space with a storage company seems to reduce the credibility.

I am responding to your review which we are very surprised with. When you came to the storage facility to pick up your 2 units you rented from us we took time to explain how to use everything inside and outside of the RV. We make sure our renters are very comfortable with the unit before they leave. Your friends that we’re with you had a lot of questions for us which took longer than usual and we answered all of them thoroughly. Steve also helped your friend adjust his bike rack and put his bikes on it for him. You showed up with 3 cars which we only planned for 2 but gladly accommodated you and let you park 3 of your cars with us. We also waited for you to unload all 3 cars and get all your belongings organized within the RV’s. Once we left you with the unit you called us 10 min later saying the check engine light and oil light was on. We responded right away and came back to your RV. The reason was you never turn the key in ignition to turn the RV on. We showed how to turn the RV on so you could get on your way.
Regarding having our units at a storage facility we are a small company so it makes complete sense to store them there. Bringing the RV back with a full tank of gas, full propane, and black/gray tanks empty is pretty standard in the RV rental business.
