We had a great experience! Kim and Dino had great communication from the first day of booking, which made me comfortable booking with them. They had everything ready for us, everything is labeled nicely so no confusion when they are gone. I brought more then I need because they have everything besides blankets, and she was right. Next time we rent I will only use them! Nice people and nice trailer!! Had a great vacation :}

RV was set-up and everything ready when we got there, nice and clean, had all the things we needed, just brought food & drinks, outdoor kitchen was great,, front bedroom was nice and private, Dino and Kim were great to deal with, we had a BLAST........

The trailer was delivered and all set up prior to our arrival, which was perfect. The trailer was clean and comfortable, and overall well stocked. The outdoor mat was nice to have in place, as it helped to keep things clean. The beds were comfortable, and our teenage tall kids both complimented the bunk house beds as being finally long enough for them to stretch out and sleep comfortably. Shortcomings were that the description states that linens, pillows, and towels were included. There were no pillows, and there was only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. We didn't bring pillows or towels because of the written description, so this was a bummer for our weekend trip. We would rent this trailer again, but would bring our own pillows, bedding, and towels next time.

Enjoyed our stay in this trailer. We beached camped for 5 nights, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our teen boys in the back room. Dino and Kim were great to work with and they took the time to explain everything about the trailer. Definitely recommend this rental.

Our first family RV staycation (RV was conveniently delivered to Vail Lake for us) was awesome in Dino and Kim's RV! Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time inside and out of the RV, from kitchen and cleaning supplies to an extra large outdoor sweepable mat, buffet table and 8 camping chairs! Extra goodies to make hot chocolate or tea, and the perfect family size s'mores kit was plenty for our 4 night stay of our family of 6. Queen size bed in master was great with the added mattress topper and extra storage space underneath which we could also access from the outside. A hose, shovel, toilet plunger and a couple extra items were handy too. Our weather was warm days and cool nights so we used the A/C and the heater, both worked great to keep us comfortable and was easy to use. In fact, this being our first time using and experiencing an RV, everything was pretty straight forward as far as the light switches, operating the exterior awning, stove and igniting the oven, granted we didn't set up/disconnect/flush tanks or anything. Communication with Dino and Kim was excellent and they always responded very quickly. The fridge and freezer inside and the outside fridge gave us plenty of room to store our food and using the outside stove was easy. Having an extra sink to wash hands outside was super convenient too! The bunkroom beds were comfortable (also supplied with added mattress toppers for extra comfort and could easily fit 4-6 kids, depending, (you need safety rails) including the jiffy sofa with extra storage underneath and a small storage closet we could hang clothes, nicely closed by a door, not a curtain. U-shaped dinette was great to fit us for meals and could comfortably fit 2 adults to sleep. The fireplace inside the rig was a nice feature, even without using it for heat. We would recommend this RV to anyone and were sad we had to go home! Thank you again Dino and Kim, you made our glamping experience so memorable we can't wait to return!

Decided to have a Fourth of July weekend in the farm. Dino and Kim were amazing, they really made sure we are comfortable. Just navigating and setting was difficult enough but it was not a big deal. They even lend a helping hand to the other rv I’m pulling the trailer. They have vast experience and quick to address any issues that occurred. The trailer was nice and very clean. They were thorough with instructions. I would highly recommend Dino and Kim Dobbins. They will make sure your experience is a great one.
