This 17 ft single axle travel trailer has a gross fully loaded weight of 3200 lbs and can be towed by vehicles with lower towing capacity such as SUV's, Jeeps, and compact trucks. For such a tiny trailer it sure isn't missing any of the comforts of a large one!The extra large dining table and benches fold into a full size bed, and a set of twin bunk beds are located in the back. Bathroom has a full size shower and the kitchen comes with a microwave, 2 burner stove top, refrigerator, and all the kitchen supplies you need. All your pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, cups, soap, cleaners, paper towels, toilet paper and even a toaster and coffee maker are included. It has heat and AC, retractable awning, lots of storage and you will find several extras located through the trailer. We operate as a full-service RV rental management company with nearly 40 locations nationwide! All of our campers are privately owned. Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
