Owner had good communication and was very pleasant & responsive to messages. He was very patient with the waiting line to set up. The photos advertised were not a good representation of the actual condition of the unit. Trailer is in need of repair. Water leaking from the toilet during the whole rental period. Water came in around bump out in kitchen during rain storms. Floor was soft and rotten around dining table. Furniture peeling, water stained and floors were dirty. It was not fully stocked. There was only 2 paper cups, no linens other than sheets and blankets. We were very disappointed and left a day early.

The trailer was filthy. I cleaned every dish before using it because they weren’t cleaned. I’m pretty sure we left it way cleaner than we got it. We found mold in the fridge. The golf card was disgusting. It had dirt and grime on the top and what looked like mold too.

We had an amazing trip staying in Wesley's toy hauler. We had four adults and 3 children, 11,6, and 4. There was plenty of space and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wesley was very nice and communicated the drop and pick up with no issues. I would highly recommend renting from him.

Incredible weekend celebrating college football! Wes was awesome and very thorough on the walk they and break down of how the camper worked. Super easy setup, family and friends loved the space and layout. We added on the generator and golf cart additions - worth every penny! Definitely recommend this unit and host - won’t be disappointed!

Wesley was a great host very attentive and responds instantly. Delt with 2 other flaky owners and was saved by Wesley's toy hauler. Ac worked great even in the middle of summer waking up nice and chilly. Super clean throughout the whole rv room for the whole family, very versatile with beds and back dining room/porch. Came with everything you could think of and more I never have went camping and had everything I needed his RV was stocked to the brim from grills camping chairs and outdoor rugs to every utensil pot pan can opener you could ask for. Bring some dvds for the tvs and a aux cord for the radio we even hooked up a chromecast and mobile hotspot to watch nextflix and hulu. Wekiwa springs state park was a great location to have it delivered good cellphone reception fun springs to swim in close to publix ammenites and attractions full RV hookups. Dont forget to ask Wesley about the optional golf cart that made all the diffrence buzzing to and from the springs and bopping around the park. Also the kayaks are top of the line nice fishing kayaks to enjoy on the half mile canoe run to wekiwa island where u can enjoy a full bar watch the game play volley ball and eat from there famous cafe on the river. If u need more canoes or kayaks rent from Wekiwa island its alot cheaper than at the springs 45 for the whole day vs 45 for 2 hours. On your way back upstream u can hang a left if your feeling brave and tackle the 8 mile rock springs run, beware you will be paddling up stream. If u drive to kings landing up the road they offer canoe and kayak rentals and shuttle service back to your car so you can take the rock springs run downstream canoeing with the 3 mph current through twist and turns in tue emerald waters its alot more pleasant.We saw bears gators sandhill cranes a fox squirell raccoons and a array of birds. Overall and unforgettable experience and made all the diffrence with Wesley's attention to detail response time and overall help definitely will rent from him again.
