Tabitha Tejeda's trailer was disgusting! I want to give a below 0 review, but the computer does not let me! Pictures tell the story! There were no instructions! The trailer had duct tape on the outside, it looked liked it had been tossed down an embankment. The trailer had not been cleaned - dirty windows - dirty toilet. I requested set up and takedown. The trailer was not moved onto the site properly, I could not put my car in my parking spot, could not put down the awning. The trailer was set on three jacks. The tanks were not opened (this is part of set-up!) I had to ask the park employees to help me, The toilet was dirty. The kitchen cold water knob was broken. Blinds were broken, windows dirty. I have used Outdoorsy in the past and was very happy with the accommodations. But I cannot recommend this! I cleaned and sanitized the inside. I expected better service for what I paid than what I received. Jean Caiazza

I was super disappointed about how my trip went. When I got there the trailer was completely trashed. The trash can was overflowing with old food, coffee cups, beer bottles, and just nasty stuff. Someone had used the restroom in the toilet and didn’t flush. Everything in the RV was broken. The windows do not operate what so ever. The blinds were broken. The sewage tanks were full so nothing would drain but the lever was broken to drain them.

We were not informed that we would have to set up the trailer ourselves. The trailer was dropped off but not set up, the owner did not meet us there to go over any previous damage (which there was a significant amount) or to go over how to dump the black and grey tanks etc. Fortunately there was another person camping in our group that could help us. In the future I think that is important to disclose this as not everyone has the knowledge on how to set up hoses, water, cable, etc. The trailer over all was fine but not clean and we had to clean it ourself.

The trailer was in very bad shape. The mini blinds in all rooms were broken and bent. the carbon monoxide detector was off the wall and on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you pulled up on it. The dinettes wood frame was broken and protruding out. The nightstand in the bedroom was broken The windows were very dirty, and you couldn't see out of them. The rug was dirty. The outside of the trailer was banged up quite a bit. The grey and black tanks were full when we arrived. We had to dump them on the first day. We paid $90.00 for delivery, set up and pick up, but when we got there, the leveling jacks weren't down, the water, electricity, and cable weren't hooked up. We also weren't able to use the cable for the three days because the trailer was placed in the spot too far back, and the cable cord provided didn't reach the cable hook-up at the rv park. The only positive about renting this trailer was that the owner responded quickly to our texts when we had questions.
