We had a great experience camping in this van. The only downfall was that it did not have an awning due to previous renter, but we still had a great time and Melody was a great host. She explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle and was available anytime we needed her. She made sure that we were happy with our trip and we were. We stayed at Solitude Point Campground in SC, which I highly recommend. This was our first experience in a van and we are looking forward to renting another one.

The Travato was great - simple to drive and park, plenty of power and relatively easy on gas. All the systems worked well and the gas furnace really keeps the interior warm on cold nights. It's compact living for sure but you have everything you need to stay clean and comfortable. Melody King (agent) is the best. She gave us a thorough briefing before we set out and was always available to answer questions if we had them. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Urban Escape Vehicles.

We loved renting the Winny Travato for our family’s trip to visit the grandparents in Florida. We drove something like 1,400 miles and found the van was easy and smooth to drive on both highways and local streets. We really liked having refrigeration, fresh water, and bathroom facilities right on board. We were able to install a large kid-sized car seat and a baby bucket next to each other on the bench seat. When it came to making our reservation and learning to handle the van, Melody was wonderful! She was very accommodating when we had to change our reservation dates, answered my questions about the van’s systems, and was easy to reach even when we were on the road. We look forward to more trips with Urban Escape Vehicles!

Our RV experience was great, we were first timers but Melody gave us all the instruction we needed to go out on our adventure. The Travato was clean and like new. Everything was on board that we might need for the trip. We added our own bike rack to the hitch on the RV and our week long experience has us considering an RV purchase! The parking area Melody has to leave your vehicle in was safe and easy to find. A great experience with a great rental company! Thjank youall at Urban escape!
