Unfortunately our tanks had not been emptied prior to our rental. We promptly notified but were told the sensor malfunctioned. Used the shower which then overflowed. Savannah did come out and empty so at least we could use it. It is more worn than I expected, doesn't look like pictures and was not very clean. We re-cleaned before use. We also told her about a broken item that we discovered and have been charged for it even though we didn't cause the damage it was there when we got the trailer.

Savannah was very helpful and responsive, the trailer was great. There's more wear and tear than you would expect on a relatively new trailer but everything works as it should.

Savanannah was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive to all our communications. Her RV has seen a few years, but all in all is in good condition. The refrigerator didn't work for the first overnight, which was upsetting, but she came the next morning and brought us a portable unit that we were able to use the rest of the week. She seemed genuinely concerned that we had a good time, for which we were grateful.

Savannah was great to work with and responsive. We drove a long way and it was great to have someone super reliable show up as expected. Im giving this a 3 star as there was definitely more wear and tear than the pictures and it wasn’t anything special. I’d give a 3.5-4 for value and proximity to where I needed it. The sheets were stained which I was a little grossed out by but luckily I brought my own. There was also gum on the ceiling above the bed. If you have high cleanliness standards likely not for you. We only used this for sleeping as we were camping with friends and used their site for hanging out, cooking, etc. Savannah came and sat up the site for us which was great! When I went back after set up to put our bags inside, the door handle was on the floor. Given the condition of this, I thought that was a normal occurrence and i just set the handle on the counter. In retrospect, I should’ve known we’d be charged. I was fine with a charge but getting the message “the doors took kinda a beating” after I had treated this like my own, cleaned it really well before and after use and when we only used it for sleep was not fun to hear. We had a claim filed agains our deposit which was minimal but definitely didn’t feel like we had done the damage. Just take pictures of every little thing even if you think it’s normal.

Everything was great with the trailer! Savannah communicated with us throughout the process and was very kind! She set the trailer up for us without an issue and took care of everything when we left. The trailer was gorgeous!! We LOVED the fireplace and the LED lights. We enjoyed watching movies in the evening with the DVD player (both TVs have one!) and we loved how much space there was. The bed was COMFY!! We slept great! Thank you again, Savannah!

What a fabulous trailer! We had two adults, one teenager and a dog during our 4 night stay along the Oregon coast. There was so much space to accommodate us all. The trailer is in beautiful condition and everything works well.
Savannah is a fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and delivered on everything she stated she would. We will definitely rent from her again!

Savannah was nothing but the best to work with. She was very timely in her responses to me and so helpful! They were prompt at delivering and very professional. Her trailer was very clean and stocked well. It was super comfortable inside and slept my husband and I and our two children perfectly! It was such a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend renting her RV. Her customer service has been 100%! I even forgot a couple items in the trailer and she was willing to mail them to me. Nothing but the best came from her!

Overall the trailer was great. It has a very comfortable king bed. A roomy kitchen and a good bathroom. However there are two problems. 1) The slide out was not functioning correctly. It would not completely extend or retract without someone pushing on it. 2) the front awning was broken by a past renter and was not been replaced yet.

Savannah was wonderful! She was a great communicator and flexible with the drop off/pick up timing. We were able to bring our dogs and was definitely a better experience than we could have had in a tent. She spent extra time showing us how to connect and turn everything on. Better yet, we didn't need to do worry about dumping the tanks! The RV itself was nice and had more space than we needed. Would recommend!
