David is super awesome! He guided and navigate me everything about the van, all it’s details.
And also never failed to instruct me of what to do to avoid problems. He was very articulate and so easy to talk to.

Overall a great experience and we see more campervan travels in our future. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze. Alissa was very friendly and took time to explain the basics to us. As first-timers, it would have been nice to have a "cheat sheet" on some of the basics of van life so there's not so much to remember. We noticed the van was not insulated and we had a cold night in the mountains without enough blankets. Recommend either providing one more heavier blanket, or advising travelers to bring one if planning on cooler temps. Thanks for a good introduction to van life!

Best experience ever!
I took a leap of fait considering the great reviews i read and rented the van for 5 days, my husband and I flew from California to Atlanta and pick up the van for a road trip to a music festival in Tennessee, smoothest ride ever, the bed was SO comfortable and we had everything we needed for the road trip scamperVan really did met and exceeded our expectations, super friendly staff we met david and christina and they are amazing! Will definitely recommend and will be booking with them for our future adventures.

Had trouble with the Freedom HF investor not charging to 12 volts. Good thing that we were somewhere that did not need the fan.
