We loved this van! It was the perfect combination of amenities and simplicity in our eyes; exactly what we were looking for. Spent 10 days in it and felt like we were leaving far too soon. The host was welcoming and very accommodating - felt like we were renting from a friend. Highly recommended!

Discover Campervans is an easy-to-work-with and friendly company! We enjoyed taking out their Promaster 1500 camper van named River. Good storage, clean, nice bed, linens, refrigerator and tables and chairs. The big challenge we had was the steering wheel that easily locked up. The first night the steering wheel locked, the key locked in as well; roadside assistance didn't think they were going to have to help us without a tow. We called AAA: at 2 am in the morning they were able to get the issue fixed. So we did end up losing a half day of travel due to this issue that apparently is very common with the Promaster Campervans. Overall though, still had a wonderful time and would use Discover Campervans again.

The pictures in the listing are not of the actual van. I was expecting something a little nicer. The van we received was in rough shape and beat up. A turn signal light was broken and the washer fluid was empty when when we picked it up. One of the folding chairs was broken. Drawers didn’t shut properly. We didn’t bother using the dishes as we weren’t sure the last time they were cleaned. Overall, the van got us to where we wanted to go and the bedding and heater kept us warm at night. The 200 miles a day gave us plenty of miles to explore.

Discover Campervans were easy and responsive to communicate with, and accommodating with our odd-hours travel plans.
The camper van was an easy driver, pretty fuel efficient and battery power in the van was sufficient for multiple days of camping out without a recharge.
The van’s heater came in handy while camping out in the very cold mountain nights.
Winter van camping required some hardiness but was a big step above car camping! We were able to explore remote places in southern AZ and have a little kitchen and warm space to spend the night.
We made good use of the provided table and camp chairs, and could lay in bed with the rear doors open to the warm sun.

An incredible first time campervan experience. Rented for 4 nights in November, slept comfortably in close to freezing temperatures using both the extra warm comforter and the built in heater. The car battery was more than sufficient and we would not even drain 50% after the full night’s use. The tires were great for some off-road driving though we were mostly on highways during our trip.

We had a terrific experience with the van and the renters. Jeff and Luie were both super accommodating, responsive, and easygoing. The van had everything we needed for our trip. We would definitely rent from them again.

Awesome van! Perfect for our trip to southern Arizona. It was very chilly outside but window covers and heat kept us warm. No need for an electric hookup as the van has an auxiliary battery that had plenty of energy to power the heater, fridge, and charge our devices. The battery recharges while driving. Ton of storage and space for our dog to sleep. Drives great, pretty fuel efficient. Christian was extremely responsive and a great host. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about this campervan as well as the amazing people renting it out! When we arrived (WAY) later than expected, Kayla was incredibly helpful and arranged a late pick up. When our Lyft driver dropped us off a half mile away from the office, these people came to our rescue. To top it all off, they offered up wonderful recommendations for our road trip around Colorado that ended up being PERFECT. The campervan itself is awesome. We camped in 27* (7* with the wind chill!), and were as comfy as could be. Everything we needed to be able to cook was included in the van, and the 200 mile/night was more than enough to give us a week of sight seeing in the Rockies. We highly recommend this company, and if we ever find ourselves back in Colorado we'll be using them again. Thanks for an awesome experience!

This was our first Van Life experience and we had a blast camping this past summer. The van was easy to drive, the bed was very comfortable, and tons of storage area along the wall for clothes and food. The "garage" had plenty of space for all of our gear including two inflatable SUPs and a large Yeti cooler. We especially loved having a sink in the van which was very easy to exchange when we ran out of water. There was plenty of space for two adults and two dogs (Bernese and Corgi mix). Thank you again Kayla and Christian for the wonderful hospitality and great communication! We would definitely rent this van again! :-)

Wow!! I didn’t want this trip to end. This van made our trip even more enjoyable. It has everything you need! We went to Moab, The Grand Canyon, and Lake Powell! We wouldn’t have been able to do all of that with out this van. Waking up with a view is the way to do it! We will definitely be renting with discover campervans again!

Our experience with Discover Campervans was hands down amazing from start to finish.Even before my then-fiance and I picked up the campervan, our experience was top notch. We live in Florida and felt the campervan would be the perfect way to explore Colorado in a safe way in light of COVID-19 and all of the safety concerns that have come with it. However, having only ever been to Denver, we asked Kayla and Christian whether they had any recommendations on where to go. Instead of shooting us the names of a couple of recommended sites and spots to check out (which would have been more than fine mind you), they offered to do a video call with us. We took them up on their gracious offer, and they ended up spending over an hour with us sharing tons of fun ideas for sites and hikes to check out, a recommended driving route, and ways to find boondock camping... literally they shared it all! We originally rented the campervan for 9 days, but by the end of the call we ended up extending our reservation by a day so that we could try and fit in all of the fun.Fast forward to us picking up the campervan... we were so impressed by easy the whole process was and by how roomy the campervan was and how much storage it actually has available under the bed. We spent our trip exploring Colorado in style... all the while pretty much sticking to the itinerary that Kayla and Christian helped us put together. It was honestly perfect and man was it nice not having to set up camp after our long days of hiking and exploring. It was the perfect vacation, and we even ended up eloping in the Indian Peaks Wilderness! It was a truly memorable trip and Discover Campervans made that possible. Thank you guys SO much!

This RV was great value for the money. Christian was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. Getting the van was easy and it was super clean and ready to go when we arrived. It had everything we needed for a 3 day camping trip, very well equipped. It was cozy and comfy. We would definitely rent it again.

We had a great Memorial Weekend in this van. Everything was exactly like the listing said and more. We did dispersed camping and it was in the 30’s both mornings. The bedding was so warm we didn’t need to use the heater. We enjoyed the table, chairs, and dishes that were provided and there is so much storage under the bed. Communication was easy and we would definitely recommend this van and rent from Discover again.

We had a great time adventuring in the van. It was a perfect size, beautifully appointed and simple. It had everything we needed! The bed, pillows and comforter were super cozy. Jerom was responsive and easy to communicate with. The key selling point was unlimited miles, as we were traveling more than most offer of 100 miles per day before charging an arm and a leg for extra miles. And also that they welcomed our doggies to go along with us!! Definitely recommend this van for your next adventure!
