Great RV to take to the campgrounds. There was an issue with the waterline that required our attention through out the trip. During the pre-departure checkout, Jerry had broke the valve that allows the water tank to intake water, use city water or fill the tank. They were great about instructing us to keep the valve in a set position and alternate ways to use the RV's water system.

Thank you for the review. We were able to get the broken part replaced ASAP.

Lance and Jerry were amazing. They were very helpful with showing us everything. Even when we messed up they were very understanding. I would use them again and the RV was so much fun!!

Great experience. Coach was in perfect condition and well maintained. Directions on how to operate the RV and the many components was excellent. I only had one question on the trip and received a response immediately. All of the above made me a “happy camper”

Excellent person to rent from. Had wonderful communication and flexibility with picking up the dropping off the RV. Explained the minor mechanical issue and made concessions as a result. Will definitely do business with again.

It was apparent from the get go Lance ran a class act rental arrangement. The coach we rented was his personal unit, it was apparent he had all the kinks worked out and the rig was ready for rent, fully outfitted with all the goodies one would need. We had a great time, couldn't have done it without his professionalism and thoroughness on keeping a top notch rv ready to go.

Thanks Lance!

Ultimate glamping spot. Paved roads and concrete pads with professional landscaping. Indoor pool with two hot tubs, arcade room with ping pong and air hockey plus a small gym and library.

This is a great campground near Grand Lake CO. There is a small animal farm for the kids plus horses, playgrounds, a general store, chuck wagon breakfasts, ice cream socials, and ATV rentals/trails.
