Guests love it for families

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, August 2026):
> Easily top 5 family vacations traveling Teton and Yellowstone Parks! After having three other bookings cancelled on us, we decided to use Trailhead as they are an actual RV rental company. A little pricier than some of the others, but the peace of mind and professionalism were well worth it. Got a very comprehensive overview of the RV at pickup and drop off was super easy as well. Everyone we worked with was professional and kind. Vehicle worked great and no issues with any of the features. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Professional onboarding, responsive staff: Guests received comprehensive RV overviews at pickup, found drop-off easy, and staff professional. Host offers add-ons for amenities and a late return option for a fee, clarifying policies.
- Features and condition varied: The RV generally worked well, but one unit had a missing awning and issues with bathroom/refrigerator doors staying closed. Basic amenities like linens and cookware are not standard inclusions.
