Charlotte & her husband were wonderfully helpful. They usually rent the RV and set it up. But they were willing, after we drove to Austin to show them our 5th wheel hitch, to let us take it to Lake Buchannan. We had a great time, and the RV towed well. We really only encountered one problem; a blown leveler fuse. But Charlotte had supplied a manual crank, just in case. Such was our case!
She takes great care of the RV. It is a 2004, but is fresh inside.

We rented the Silverback 5th Wheel from Charlotte over the Thanksgiving holiday to accommodate out of town family. We do not have a 5th wheel hitch so we paid the extra fee to have it delivered and set up. It was totally worth the extra cost. Charlotte is wonderful and sweet and very quick to respond to any questions, from the beginning and through the end of the process. I would highly recommend renting from her.
