We had a really good experience. We had a couple issues that were out of anyones control, but Charlotte was very helpful and helped us out. Went out of her way to make sure everything worked well. I felt like she went above and beyond to work with us.

We had a wonderful time in the Tracer! Charlotte showed up on time to deliver and take back the trailer. There is some normal wear and tear, but the trailer is in great condition and very clean. We will definitely rent from them again!

Charlotte was very attentive my needs she made sure I had the right adapter for my generator. She also checked on me to make sure everything was working well. I would rent from Howell Rv again.

What a great weekend! Charlotte made the whole rental process very easy. We had them deliver and pickup which was great. The trailer was in great condition with all the comforts of home. Had no issues with any of the trailer systems operation. We were considering buying a trailer but this was such a great experience we might just keep renting from Charlotte.
