Everything worked out nice, the Howell's were very nice to work with and made everything easy. This was the 1st time we rented a camper we would definitely use them again. We were having Thanksgiving at the lake along with family, 4 other families had campers. Everyone had a nice time and kids had fun riding bicycles and being outdoors.

The RV was perfect for our first trip renting a camper, and it was nice being able to bring our dog. Before we have always had to board her. We had more than enough space, and having an outside refrigerator was really convenient to not having to worry about keeping ice in the cooler, but also not having to traipse in and out of the camper, tracking in dirt. Next time we will try to remember a tarp or mat for outside though. Charlotte was very pleasant to communicate with also, and will definitely consider renting again.

This was our first time renting an RV and we had a great experience! Charlotte was very friendly and quick to respond to all of our questions. They were even readily available over the phone for questions while we were setting it up at the campsite. Pickup and drop-off was a breeze, and the RV was very clean and well kept! We would definitely recommend and rent from the Howells again!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Prompt response to every question we had, and made the reservation process seamless. RV was exactly as advertised, which was immaculate, and delivery and set up was done in advance of our arrival, so when we got to our destination, it was a simple turn of a key to start our vacation.

The RV was delivered on time and was set up and ready to go. The cold AC was much appreciated after a long day in the sun. The owner is very friendly and communicated well regarding all of the arrangements. I would definitely rent from them again!

This was an excellent RV and delivered as advertised. The unit was very clean and well-kept... nearly new. This unit is super-spacious and modern. Great TV, bunks for the kids were large and plush and the restroom/shower was sizable with plenty of room to move around - very nice. All of the appliances work great. The setup was very turnkey and all of the necessary setup items (chocks, risers, hoses, etc. were available and in great shape. Working with the owners on pickup and return couldn't have been easier. We would highly recommend this RV for any trips you're planning.

The amazing Charlotte and her awesome husband Clint absolutely blew me away with their kindness, helpfulness, and dedication to giving us the best weekend possible. I had never rented an RV or camper before and had very little idea what I was doing, but Charlotte's quick responses and detailed communication made the entire process easy. We had some trouble with the electricity at the park where we were staying (the campsite had the problem, not the 5th wheel), and even though that wasn't their fault or problem, both Charlotte and Clint went to bat for us and kept on top of the park staff until they fixed it. They even came out to the campsite again before the electricity was fixed to give me a long extension to connect to a nearby site until it could be fixed. They really cared that me and my friends had a great time and enjoyed our weekend, and it really meant a lot to me. Charlotte and Clint are good-hearted, salt-of-the-earth, lovely people who have customer service absolutely nailed. I doubt I will ever rent from someone else in the future, that's how much I was impressed and touched by their care and concern. I'm a customer for life.

Great communication and help! Everything went great. Wish the gas can had a gallon or 2 more of fuel. But wasnt a big issue. Camper was spotless! If I come to Austin. Charlotte will be my first call!

Mr. Howell delivered the trailer on time and set it up for me. He went over everything with me before leaving and made sure that I was comfortable before he left. The trailer was amazing. It was immaculate and comfortable. Definitely enough room for my family. We had the best time at Bastrop and look forward to going back. I will definitely rent from the Howell's again if we head back down to the Austin area.
