Alfred is awesome. The RV is amazing. This was my first RV trip. Driving was easy. Dealing with the tanks was straightforward, even though we didn't use hookups at an RV site. Alfred was in touch and helpful during our outing when we had questions.

Alfred and the RV were great! The RV was very clean, it even had extra towels, sheets, pillows and utensils. Alfred was able to deliver the RV last minute for us with no problem. Amazing. Our deposit came back super quick which doesn’t normally happen. Overall great experience. We’ll be sticking with Alfred from now on for our RV rentals.

We absolutely loved this RV. Alfred made it super simple to pick it up, and thoroughly showed us everything we needed to use this. He also was available by text/phone whenever we had ANY questions. He was very patient with us as first time RV renters/users. We have a wonderful 3 days on Malibu Beach, 5/5 would rent again.

This was our first RV experience and we loved it thanks to Alfred's detailed explanations on how to use an RV. As the Thanksgiving weekend did not allow us to visit Death Valley due to snow, we decided to change the location and went to the Pismo Beach instead. Alfred gave us great advice as he knows the area around Pismo well. The RV was just the perfect size for a family with 3 kids. The RV was in great condition and Alfred generously provided us additional equipment (table, chairs, BBQ, etc). We will definitely rent again this RV in the future.

My family and myself went to a remote family wedding and the 2012 Coachmen was perfect. It's very comfortable, well taken care of and no issue's whatsoever! Alfred and his wife were very responsive to text message questions, very accommodating and great people to rent from. We loved the motor home! Next time we need a motor home we will definitely rent from the same people.

My wife and I rented the RV to take a trip to the desert to ride our Razor over thanksgiving weekend. Alfred was told up front that our plans were to pull our trailer with the razor on it to the desert because I wanted to make sure the RV had a trailer hitch which it did. The day my wife and I picked the RV up Alfred acted like he did not know we were going to be pulling a trailer and going to the desert. He then stated that all the windows would have to be taped so they would not get sand between the window and the trim on the outside of the RV, he made comment that he charged one person lots of money in the past when that happened. As he went to open the side door for the first time on the side of the RV he had trouble getting the door open, he made comment the door sticks sometimes and is a bit hard to open. Alfred also made mention that the RV must be washed on the outside before it is returned, and recommended a truck wash place to have it cleaned but to make sure to take a towel so we didn’t leave water spots on the windows because they won’t dry it for me. The second day into our 3 night trip my wife and I both went out the side door of the RV then tried to re-enter a couple hours later and the side door would never open back up from either the inside or the outside no matter what we did. This was a huge inconvenience the rest of our trip to enter and exit out of the passenger side door, the hardest part was upon on return home we had to unload everything inside the RV thru the passenger door as well. We were charged $107.00 fee for our inconvenience. This door had issues and Alfred knew that up front, and we paid for it. We were in no way negligent on our part.
