This was a great RV. It had the essentials we needed for our trip. The owner (Justin) was very thorough when showing us all we needed to know to setup. We had no issues during our trip and enjoyed our trip. I would recommend this RV for a family.

We were first time vehicle campers but experienced tent campers. Our family of 5 including sons 18-35 and our dog found this Rv to be spacious and well cared for. Justin is a great host who responds quickly. We had one question to ask during our camping weekend and he responded right away!
Should the need arise, we would definitely look to rent from Justin again.

Rig is in great shape and very clean. Justin is super easy to work with and makes the experience excellent. RV was perfect for 6 of us. Will definitely rent this again.

Really nice RV, and we liked the layout of the kitchen area, as it gave more space than others we have rented. Justin was extremely friendly and was easy to reach when we called with a couple of questions durign our trip. We would definitely rent this unit again - A very good experience.

Stacie was a great rv to rent. She drove well, was fully kitted out, spacious and everything worked well. Shavon was very helpful, he knew the rv well and very promptly answered all our questions. We will definitely rent Stacie again. The only little niggle was that we had to pay extra to pick up early and drop of late. Just a couple of hours either side. This is the first rv in 2 years of renting that we had to do this.

The unit was clean and very spacious. It has numerous amenities. Chris was also very helpful and responded to our calls/texts when we needed guidance. I would definitely rent his RV again!

In the middle of the pandemic, Chris’ Jayco Greyhawk RV was the perfect way to enjoy a social distanced vacation. The unit is new, extremely clean, comfortable, beautiful! Very well taken care of. Communicating with Chris was very easy as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend rent again for my family.

Great trip! My first time driving an RV. Chris described all the features in detail and how to used them at pick up. He was also available anytime I had questions on the trip. RV was clean, new and comfortable. Photos are accurate and the welcome videos he provides are helpful. Would rent it again.

We had a great experience renting Chris' RV. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Moreover, Chris was very easy to work-with throughout the process. The communication was excellent and Chris graciously handled and questions that I had before and during the RV rental as a first time renter. I highly recommend Chris and would rent from him again.

I have to admit renting the 2019 Jayco through Outdoorsy and specifically through Chris was a wonderful experience and certainly everything advertised. Chris was patient when going over his RV, explaining all details and available for a few calls with questions we might have had. We certainly felt taken care of with Chris. It can be a little intimidating renting someones property but Chris made it feel like we owned it. Chris and his families RV will be our go-to in the future.

Chris was a pleasure to rent from for our RV vacation. His Jayco Greyhawk was extremely well kept and clean, and ran with no issues. He was always a text away if we ever needed anything or had questions. We are already planning our next trip! Had such a blast.

My son's graduation
The camper I rented broke down in the middle of the street in front of a frat house on Saturday afternoon. I rented it because all of the hotels in the area where sold out for graduation. I was asked by the campus police to move it. I negotiated with the school to allow the camper to remain because the companies I was told to call by the owner and Outdoorsy said they could not come to assist until Monday morning. When I called for assistance I asked them if there was anything I could try, do or check given that they could not assist until Monday. They apologized for not being able to help and explained that until they could look at the vehicle there was really nothing they could tell me. I was not able to use the camper because of where it broke down. I slept in a frat house on campus on a sofa for two days. My 80 year old mother had to share a hotel room with a stranger who was willing to help. Christopher o is refusing to give me a refund. He said he is refusing to give me a refund because it turned out to be something simple. How in the world I was suppose to know what was wrong with his RV,is beyond me. When I spoke to him he couldn't give me any suggestions either. I was able to see my son graduate but I missed his graduation party, babysitting an RV. Except for being able to see my son graduate this was the WORST RV EXPERIENCE EVER!

Chris was a great host and eager to accommodate us with pick-up and return of the RV. The RV was a great experience, clean, well equipped with supplies and anything you would need for road trip adventure. The RV handled well during our trip to the Poconos Mountain and was easy to handle and drive. Chris was very thoughtful and provided us with a thorough overview of the RV and was available if needed with quick response time. It was more than a pleasure meeting and working with Chris during this RV experience. Chis, we wish you all the best! Daniel
