We are located on a Ranch, 15 minutes from Bandera and 25 minutes from Kerrville. Come hang with the cows, chickens, ducks, and pups there always happy to see a friendly face. Or Stick to yourself and come and go as you please. Everyone is welcome.
There’s 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 day bed in the living room. Enjoy outside grilling on a gas grill and surround sound so you can jam outside too!
Has the winterized package so you’ll be cozy with heated floors when it gets cold, and nice and cool when it gets hot.
Please take your shoes off at the door
