Fully stocked--Includes linens & cookware. Sleeps 6 with 2 full beds and one Queen in the bedroom, plus a versa lounger that can become two more beds! 55" TV above the fireplace to get cozy and watch movies! Includes an outdoor gas griddle! Can really sleep 8 but we don't want it to get it too crowded for you! If you are looking for a clean, neat place to sleep and have a great vacation, this is the one!Recommendations• Best bet is to bring your own linens, just to save on clean up costs, but we provide them if you need!
• If you are towing the camper yourself, make sure you have a 7-pin connection and a 2-5/16" ball.
Other things to noteNo Smoking inside! Small furries welcome, but please no large dogs that can damage the flooring.

My family & I were very happy with the trailer during our stay at Splashway. The trailer was furnished with everything & Mr Fletcher was an awesome host with delivery set up etc. I would highly recommend
