Hello,
And welcome to our brand new 2021 Volante. This camper can sleep 10 adults comfortably has many features to make your camping experience that much better! There are electric jacks, if you choose to setup your self.King bedroom with privacy door, Double size bunkbeds with ladder for ease of access for kids on the top bunk, full kitchen with double sink and recess lighting, storage closet, full bathroom with stand up shower (this camper does not have a mini tub). There is also an outside shower that we ask you use to wash off any extra dirt/sand before entering the camper to help contain its cleanliness. There are interior and exterior speakers, an awning, fold out double seated couch, full wrap around table style that also fold down into a bed. This camper and its amenities will be growing as we grow with it!**Please note there is absolutely no tolerance of smoking, vaping or lighted candles inside the camper due to allergy reasons. There will be a professional cleaning charge if trace is found and charged as a damage fee to the renter. There are also no pets allowed with this camper.**2021 28BH Specifications

Everything was just as promised. It was a beautiful camper, clean and very well stocked, delivered and picked up just as planned. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving celebration practically perfect!

Heather is not good with communication.
Check in time at our park is 4pm and check out time is 2pm, however Heather said she will have the camper there by 5pm since she works and will be there for pick up at 11am as she needs to have time to clean her camper. Via text 3 days before leaving she told me she would call and see if the spot was vacant "first thing in the morning" and if so she would deliver it sooner. However she never called. She finally called the morning we were arriving so therefore the night before our trip we still did not know what time we could leave home as we still did not know what time she was delivering the camper.
Also, her website says the camper comes with outdoor chairs and when I asked several days in advance how many chairs she has she told me she did not know but would also check on that. It was not until the morning that we were leaving that she told me she did not have any outdoor chairs for us. So her website information is not accurate. Her text stated "I'm sorry at this time they (the chairs) are not there, would you like me to cancel your booking, I'm a personal renter not a business." THIS WAS THE MORNING WE WERE LEAVING. We were already packed and ready to enjoy our vacation, so of course we did not want to cancel, yet we had to stop and buy chairs on the way.
It should not matter if you are a "personal renter" or a "business." You still need to be professional. I would not recommend renting from Heather. We camped with 11 other families. 7 who own campers and 4 who rented. The 4 who rented all had positive experiences, so therefore there are other companies/people/options out there who provide a positive renting experience.

5PM is the listed dropoff time on my camper and it was delivered several hours early and it was setup before renters arrived, due to holiday bookings camper was picked up at 11am that pickup day. Outdoors chairs have “walked off” and I have not rebought them and this was notified to the camper after several questions and complaints I offered to cancel their booking as it seemed me not having lawn chairs was a deal breaker for them however they completed there booking but there was damage to the tanks from the renter. They were noticed upon picked why there were sticks coming out of the black tank and renter stated they clogged it and did not reach out for assistance at the time. There were no other reported issues with the camper or the renter and all matters were resolved.

I work from home, so timing for pickup and drop-off can usually be accommodated to your needs with no issues. I also allow pick-up and drop-off if I am not home if you are comfortable.
