We cannot say enough wonderful things about Joyce and her RV (which we nicknamed, Roxie). We had a few reservations fall through on Outdoorsy or had owner's not get back to us. Joyce however got back to us quickly and was easy to work with, flexible with our needs and accommodated in as many ways as she could! The RV was a great size for first time RV'ers, Joyce explained everything to us when we first met and made sure we felt comfortable before taking it for a week. The kitchen was well stocked and with COVID we felt comfortable with how clean it was when we got it. We took Roxie to 10 states in 11 days and she did great everywhere, from the rough terrain in New Mexico to the windy plains of Nebraska. We are looking forward to seeing Joyce and her RV again!

Enjoyed getting away for a few days and the motor home was perfect for travel during the pandemic. The home itself was comfortable, spacious enough for two and well stocked. Joyce was a pleasure to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed and we knew how to operate everything. The motorhome has been well maintained and we had no problems

Joyce L. Kahn was a peach to work with. All was great and our trip was one of great scenes and memories for celebrating our 55th wedding Anniversary. Everything went well except for my camera missing some shots, hmm, maybe that was me.

It was a pleasure dealing with Joyce. She was very flexible on pickup and drop off times. She did a very thorough review of RV setup during pickup. The sleeping arrangements were snug for our family of four. Our kids shared the booth bed which is about the size of a twin size bed. We had no issues with the RV during our trip.

Excellent experience with the owner. The van accommodates two people comfortably. Beds will be short if you are average+ tall person. I could not make the TV and DVD player function. There is a $ 200 cleaning fee which is not reported on the Outdoorsy site. Take it into account
