I was a first time rv camper. Mark was very responsive to my inquiries when things went wrong during my trip. He helped me by phone or text to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the camper.
I rented Penny the Prolite based on pictures on the website, which i discovered are old. The camper was well used and pretty beat up inside and out. There were loose screws, at least one cabinet that didn't latch without some finagling, and the outlet for the tv/dvd player did not work. There was no awning as shown in picture, but they did provide a screen tent. I did not try setting that up by myself. The camper was dirty when i picked it up. I had to clean it before using it. I would say it's time to either retire Penny or completely renovate her.

Mark and his family were great to rent from. He was quick to respond to questions and concerns and pick and drop off were super easy. His son did a very thorough job of explaining all we needed to know about the trailer and was able to answer our questions, as well as offer tips and suggestions before we took off. The trailer itself, was an older, well loved model in generally good shape. It was well stocked with the basics and had a full propane tank. We found it to be surface clean, although some smaller items needed to be washed again before using (ex. plates had been stacked away wet). There was a small leak via the air conditioner during Hurricane Ida, but Penny kept us quite dry otherwise.

Great first time RV-ing experience. Mark was great with communication and walking us through things we had questions about. Delivery and set up were wonderful!

First timer who followed youtube advice to camp one night outside my house to get a feel for it. And then spent a night at a local RV park. Was great to be able to tow this lite trailer with my van. Mark was responsive, hepful, on-time, etc.

We had a great trip to Stone Mountain Park GA! with 3 kids. The trailer was in good condition. Mark was very helpful. During the trip, there was an issue with the microwave and message Mark and he guided me to resolve the issue. Highly recommend. We will rent again from the same owner.

A few good things about my 10-day experience that I should start with. Mark delivered the trailer as arranged and gave me a pleasant 10-minute operative run-through. The trailer was light and was no trouble to haul with my Silverado truck. The trailer had lots of amenities...kitchen items, camping chairs, etc. It was fairly clean, although I could tell it had recently been to the beach and had cats in it. I first went to Babcock State Park in West Virginia, where I discovered that the trailer's hot water heater did not work. I alerted Mark, who was quick to get back to me. He suggested trying the stove, which I did. The stove did not work, and like the hot water heater, it poofed on and then the flame went out after a second or two. About to leave the park, I disconnected the gas line and lifted the propane tank. Judging from its weight, it was not completely empty, but far from full. So, I exchanged it en route to Watoga State Park. Once there, I tried the propane items with the new tank. No luck. I had no cell signal or WIFI with which to contact Mark or Outdoorsy. So, I was without hot water, heat, and a stove for seven days. Upon my returning the trailer, Mark tested the propane items and found that I was not crazy: the heater, stove, and hot water did not work. Ultimately, I asked for a refund of about 30% of the price I paid. Reasonable, I thought. But, no, Mark offered me a meager $75 off of a future rental. He explained his reasoning - that he was sorry for my inconvenience, but it was essentially my fault because I did not call him or Outdoorsy assistance (No signal-remember?). Thinking back, he should have made sure that the propane items worked when he delivered the trailer. He did not. That would have saved us both a huge head ache. But thanks to some conviently-cited fine print, I was screwed. Yes, it was all legal I suppose, but I will likely not use Outdoorsy in the future.

This was our second time renting from Mark, and we’re looking forward to renting from him again soon. The camper is just as his listing describes, and with Mark’s clear instructions before our trip, easy to operate. Mark is very clear in his communications, and is always available whenever we have questions. He’s also clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of his campers, which is reassuring to us camper rookies. When we ran into an unforeseeable glitch, Mark drove hours out of his way to help. We highly recommend renting from Mark and his family!

Mark and his family are awesome! You definitely want to rent from them. They went so far above and beyond I can't even list all the ways here. The camper was great; it was so nice to have something that was small enough to pull with my minivan, but big enough to have EVERYTHING we needed and wanted!

Trailer was ready when I arrived. It was clean and the owners went over how the camper works.
Would rent again if needed.

I had a great experience working with Mark. I had asked him many questions even before I reserved his Trailer, his responses are very prompt. He even gave me the 4 pin to round converter which I would need to work with this trailer. The trailer is so light that with my mid sized SUV it was a piece of cake for her to tow.
Return was also flexible, The trailer was nice and small considering I do not have a break controller in my SUV I wanted one which is light and small.

This rare Pro-Lite was a great trailer for our 4 nights on Point Lookout in MD. We pulled it easily with our Subaru Outback after Mark provided all the hitch gadgetry to get us hooked up. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, and all the cooking tools you need. It's very comfortable for sleeping and the A/C quickly cooled the space during the heatwave we encountered. Have fun!
