Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can usually accomodate earlier pick ups and later drop offs during the weekend. We always do our best to accommodate requests despite our work schedules.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We keep a handy manual in the RV to answer the basic operation questions you might have while using our travel trailer. We always do a walkthrough before you take the trailer to go over the more complicated items. If you ever have a question after we've done the walkthrough or if it's something not included in the manual, we are absolutely here to help via phone or we will come to you!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We have bins labeled for your sewer, water, and electrical hook ups to make it as easy as possible. If you're dry camping, we fill the 40 gallon tank for you. We are happy to set everything up for you upon delivery. Most campsites have your sewer, water, and electrical hookups right on site. If you need assistance, we will absolutely help with set up.
Q.What items do I need to bring?
A.
We provide as much as we can to ensure you have a great time! Pack any clothes, toilettries, personal comfort items, and medications you use. We do have an outdoor table, outdoor rug, and chairs for you to use while enjoying the outdoors. Inside, we have all of your linens, kitchenware, tableware, cookware, etc. The list goes on. We love feedback so if you feel we're missing something, please let us know!
