My other camper for rent: 2021 R-Pod 190
https://www.outdoorsy.com/rv-rental/belle-plaine_mn/2021_forest-river_r-pod_252061-listing
**Just added**, 600W solar system, 200Ah Lithium battery, 2000W inverter. This thing can boondock!
Purchased new in March 2021. It has bunk beds (upgraded to memory foam)! Our kids love that. They each have a window, a light and a USB charge port in their bunk. A camper queen murphy bed up front (upgraded to memory foam) and a sofa that converts to a bed. Lots of modern conveniences, Full bath (with a large shower with upgraded shower head), 2 burner cook top inside, griddle cook top outside, microwave/convection over, fridge/freezer, heat and AC, outlets everywhere, interior/exterior stereo system with Bluetooth and AUX input, TV and Blu-Ray player, USB charge ports, power awning, exterior water spigot, LED strip lighting under the awning, keyless entry door handle. Best of all setup is easy and it can be towed by most midsize vehicles.
If you're new to towing:
It tows great! Please check your owners manual to make sure your tow capacity is high enough. Legally you need to use a brake controller. If your vehicle is not equipped with one please check the add on box to use mine. I will provided and setup a weight distribution hitch with antisway.. I also have a wireless rearview observation camera installed. It makes backing up much easier but it also make driving down the road a little easier having a clear view behind the camper.
I have a very quiet 3500W inverter generator add on as well.
When temps get below freezing it will be winterized and plumbing will no longer be in service. It will still be a warm place to stay, just no plumbing.
We include all the utility supplies. Wheels chocks, leveling blocks, water and sewer hookups, shore power cord and adaptors, paper towels & toilet paper.
We do not provide linens, cookware or dishes. We do however stock it with modest supply of paper plates, plasticware, paper towels, toilet paper, a few kitchen utensils, zip lock bags, tin foil, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags.

We had a great time renting this RV. It would be ideal for a small family with little kids (bunk beds) or a couple with a dog like us. Ben is very good about going over everything about the RV. There are no pots or pans (bring what you need to cook), but the basics are covered. I was fine bringing our own bedding. We do that anyway to be comfortable. The memory foam mattress is hard at first, but give it a little time to conform to your body and it is good to sleep on. We went the a few state parks, Moose Lake, Cascade River and Wild River. This size RV fit great at the campsites. Our experience with the dumping of the black water/ gray water wasn’t the smoothest. It took us a bit to get the routine down. Moose Lake State Park doesn’t have a dump site, I wish we researched the park first to know what they have. The only complaint I have is Ben is way down in Belle Plain and it was not convenient to go get or bring back the RV. We would make the trek again to rent his other r-pod (the smaller one) to experience that RV though.

Ben was wonderful to work with. He is very responsive to e-mails, questions, and is very accommodating. He went over the camper details thoroughly with my husband upon pick-up and left detailed instructions inside the camper. The camper itself was in very good shape and worked well. We had a few issues with the camper fold out (Murphy) bed. It was rather hard (like sleeping on a board) to sleep on and one person has to sleep next to the front end wall of the camper. This requires the person to crawl over the other person to get out. The hardness of the bed could not be helped as it folds up and any thicker of a mattress would not allow this). My husband ended up sleeping on the bottom bunk bed and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The outlets are not really located in ideal places and I would recommend bringing extension cords. The bunk bed is rather hard to put bedding on (we brought our own bedding) and so was the fold out (murphy) bed. There is no place to hang clothes in the camper. We left all our clothes in the duffle bags and put them on the top bunk bed or below the couch. Ben provided extra paper products (toilet paper, paper plates, salt/pepper, foil, paper towels, etc) which was very generous. We did now shower in the bathroom so have no comment on that, except the bathroom "sink" you would use to wash your hands is located in the shower itself. This is a very nice, like-new camper and everything was in working order; the inside camper arrangements just weren't optimal for us.

The r-pod was very clean. Everything was just what Ben had described in his outdoorsy description. He was a great help when we had questions by using FaceTime to answer our questions. I would rent from him again!
